It will be a crime to not make part two and react to ADTOY. My recommendations - ADTOY, My House and Go Crazy. Just a little trivia - 2PM had a huge role in flipping the boy group narrative that was trendy when they debuted. Back then, even groups with "bad boy" concepts were considerable tame. Then 2PM entered the scene with tall-ripped members and b-boying skills. This earned them the name "beast idols". They made it cool for idols to be ripped back then. Also, Jay Park was the leader of 2PM when they debuted but he left after again and again. Till this date, any boy group who appears "masculine" is compared to 2PM because they were the blueprint. It is also the group with the most actors. Almost all of the members have dabbled into acting.
2PM was from JYP and were called the scond generation's "Beastly Idols". (Shinhwa was the original "Beastly Idols" lol) There was also a 2AM that was a ballad group. The leader of 2PM was Jay Park until he left the group. He became a successful soloist who then became the founder and CEO of a hip hop agency called AOMG. They were the playboys of SM and pretty much did whatever they wanted i.e. drinking, smoking, fist fighting, picking up girls (they called it "hunting"), etc. The title "Beastly Idols" was pretty much official after they put out that semi-nude photo album. FYI - Super Junior was often called "Shinhwa-like" when they got crazy. Since both groups were in SM, Shinhwa's manager eventually became SuJu's manager. You should watch the episodes of Shinhwa Broadcast that had SuJu and Shinee as guests. 😂

This is my ult group so long comment coming I apologize 😩🤚🏻 Some of their older songs you can check out too are Without U and I'll Be Back, both VERY vocal and choreo based, I also think you would like their most recent stuff like Comeback When You Hear This Song, Go Crazy, ADTOY, My House (who had a similar viral moment like Rollin' last year) and Promise. Their music has evolved like A LOT, especially when they stared getting involved with songwriting and choosing the songs and with age, usually their best songs are their bsides and don't get me started on their solos. They actually stopped doing acrobatics on stage since some already had serious injuries thanks to that, but they're just SO good live. Also their last enlisted member is getting discharged in less than 2 days so a comeback is finally coming after 5 years!
I know this is random, but as a singer you should check out Jun. K's 'Think about you'. He's 2PM's main vocalist, and honestly one of the best and most underrated vocals in KPOP. Also, as everyone says, ADTOY, My House, and 10 out of 10 are Korean anthems haha

Not sure if you're into the pop/rock genre, but a throwback I recommend is Korean band FT ISLAND. I think you will enjoy the more fun, bright and upbeat songs "Summer's Night Dream", "I Wish" and "I Hope". "Bad Woman" is more of a darker ballad, but it showcase the main singer's, Lee Hongki, voice and emotion really well.

SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU REACT TO THEM! They debuted in 2008 which means the same year as SHINee and IU and is one of the most successful 2nd gen groups. They're known as "beast-dol" because of their manly image and it was kind of rare to see such a strong concept for boy groups back then. Fun fact: Jay Park (singer, rapper, CEO of AOMG and H1GHR) was once a member since debut until Again & Again era. So yeah, there were 7 members. Some of them acted in dramas, movies, musical. If you love watching k-drama, I recommend Vincenzo! Taecyeon, the one who raps the most, is one of the casts.
2PM's thai-american member Nichkhun and Tiffany dated in 2014 and there are many khunfanny moments but the memorable one is during MAMA 2014 in Hong Kong where she received the award given to Girls Generation and the camera man keeps filming Nichkhun knowing they are dating. Taecyeon is also pretty close with all SNSD members that sometimes he can be seen with the members hanging out. I adore SNSD's friendship with 2PM, it's pure and it's lovely to see that they both came from 1 of the big 3 companies in Korea but both groups supporting each other.

I like "My House". I checked them out because of Lee Junho. I like him as an actor and he is probably one of the best dancers in the industry. He also composes his own songs.
Yeaaaaaaaaah 2PM! "Again & Again" was my very first experience with KPop with Super Junior "Sorry Sorry" and BIGBANG "Haru Haru" (yeah loved repeating words in the titles hey! 😅). And yes 2PM was more performance oriented and were called beast idols as they were all muscular/fit compared to others back in the days. You should check their collab with SNSD for an ad (so it's a bit cringy) Caribbean Bay CABI. 🤯 Just for the history, "A&A" was their debut and it had a huge impact. Because of the boygroup concept and the song which drove fans crazy but also unfortunately because of a controversy with the former leader Jay Park (who is now a very successful solo artist who has his own label). To sum up, Jay Park came from USA and was rebelious and sad during his trainee days so he wrote angry comments about South Korea/Koreans in his own blog. Netizens digged these lines and were angered. The company didn't really support him and he had to quit (and had some hiatus for quite some time before making covers on YT and such). Then 2PM released "Heartbeat" after this separation (many thought there was a hidden message toward Jay Park). Anyway, you should also check their counter part: 2AM which is more vocally focused. In their early days they were also known for their B-boy skills and for their tricking. A lot of their early songs have choreography where they were doing a lot of tricks and tumbling which was something new in the world of Kpop, and it made them unique. Fun fact: 2PM's fandom is named Hottest because 2PM is supposed to be the hottest part of the day. And they were actually created as the counterparts to JYP's ballad boy group 2AM. 2AM's fandom is named I AM because 2AM + 2PM = one day and when combined they become "I AM Hottest." The groups were sort of designed to be the polar opposites of each other as part of their concepts. 2PM is a JYP group, so their choreography is very JYP-like. If you have ever seen any of JY Park's songs (Park JinYoung -- the founder of JYP Entertainment) you will understand what JYP-style dance is like. Like all the Big 3 entertainment companies founders (SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment and YG Entertainment -- their company's are named using their initials), they each originally started out as singers and dancers in the Korean music industry. However, JY Park is the only one who still releases songs as an artist himself. Because 2PM were so manly and SHINee had that cute boyfriend vibe, the groups were even often paired together as funny boyfriend/girlfriend pairs during variety show games. You are totally correct!! 2PM is those kinds of groups that you really need to watch their live performance rather than a staged recording from their MVs. They always excel at their live performance and bring so much energy and pleasure to the audience. " "All Night Long"" "Promise (i'll Be)" "My House" and "Go Craz"y ALSO: SNSD AND 2PM DID A SONG CALLED "CABI" !!!!!I found them back in 2013, but they were around as long as SNSD. WARNING: cabi song has many abs, from soshi and the boys.

Oh my god, i did not expect you to react to 2PM! I've been a fan of 2PM since their debut, they've come a long way musically and in their individual activities. I can easily say they are one of the groups i am very proud of! Their most recent songs are of course way better (Their older songs are just too early 2000's for me LOL). You can check A.D.T.O.Y, Promise (i'll be) and My House which are a few of my favorite title songs by 2PM! omg i edited this so much but i forgot to mention they are having a comeback after a 5 year hiatus! We are finally getting new 2pm! I am so interested in what sound they will come up with!

The original Beastly Idols! They were super popular back in their peak (because not only women knew them but men as well) and often appeared on variety shows due to their athleticism and good humour. Also, Nichkhun was the first Thai Kpop idol (aka the Prince of Thailand) and they also had two other foreign (American) members - hence the subbed videos. And yeah, they are a performance groups as their debut concept was like a b-boy group so.they would do tricks and flips in performances - first groups to be focused on it in kpop insread of just like one member being able to breakdance. Yeah, there were 3-4 good (bad in my opinion) years of autotune in kpop (and globally really). Also a year or two where everything was basically emo and about heartbreak.

For the acrobatics you can check out "10 out of 10" live stages. And of course there are a lot of their bops you missed here. I think you will enjoy the more fun, bright and upbeat songs "Summer's Night Dream", "I Wish" and "I Hope". "Bad Woman" is more of a darker ballad, but it showcase the main singer's, Lee Hongki, voice and emotion really well.

SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU REACT TO THEM! They debuted in 2008 which means the same year as SHINee and IU and is one of the most successful 2nd gen groups. They're known as "beast-dol" because of their manly image and it was kind of rare to see such a strong concept for boy groups back then. Fun fact: Jay Park (singer, rapper, CEO of AOMG and H1GHR) was once a member since debut until Again & Again era. So yeah, there were 7 members. Some of them acted in dramas, movies, musical. If you love watching k-drama, I recommend Vincenzo! Taecyeon, the one who raps the most, is one of the casts.

2PM's thai-american member Nichkhun and Tiffany dated in 2014 and there are many khunfanny moments but the memorable one is during MAMA 2014 in Hong Kong where she received the award given to Girls Generation and the camera man keeps filming Nichkhun knowing they are dating. Taecyeon is also pretty close with all SNSD members that sometimes he can be seen with the members hanging out. I adore SNSD's friendship with 2PM, it's pure and it's lovely to see that they both came from 1 of the big 3 companies in Korea but both groups supporting each other.

Yeaaaaaaaaah 2PM! "Again & Again" was my very first experience with KPop with Super Junior "Sorry Sorry" and BIGBANG "Haru Haru" (yeah loved repeating words in the titles hey! 😅).
And yes 2PM was more performance oriented and were called beast idols as they were all muscular/fit compared to others back in the days. You should check their collab with SNSD for an ad (so it's a bit cringy) Caribbean Bay CABI. 🤯 Just for the history, "A&A" was their debut and it had a huge impact. Because of the boygroup concept and the song which drove fans crazy but also unfortunately because of a controversy with the former leader Jay Park (who is now a very successful solo artist who has his own label). To sum up, Jay Park came from USA and was rebelious and sad during his trainee days so he wrote angry comments about South Korea/Koreans in his own blog. Netizens digged these lines and were angered. The company didn't really support him and he had to quit (and had some hiatus for quite some time before making covers on YT and such). Then 2PM released "Heartbeat" after this separation (many thought there was a hidden message toward Jay Park).
Anyway, you should also check their counter part: 2AM which is more vocally focused.

2PM are known as "Beast Idols", which means they are very athletic, muscular and toned -- they had a much more masculine image then the typical boy group. In their early days they were also known for their B-boy skills and for their tricking. A lot of their early songs have choreography where they were doing a lot of tricks and tumbling which was something new in the world of Kpop, and it made them unique.
Fun fact: 2PM's fandom is named Hottest because 2PM is supposed to be the hottest part of the day. And they were actually created as the counterparts to JYP's ballad boy group 2AM. 2AM's fandom is named I AM because 2AM + 2PM = one day and when combined they become "I AM Hottest." The groups were sort of designed to be the polar opposites of each other as part of their concepts.
2PM is a JYP group, so their choreography is very JYP-like. If you have ever seen any of JY Park's songs (Park JinYoung -- the founder of JYP Entertainment) you will understand what JYP-style dance is like. Like all the Big 3 entertainment companies founders (SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment and YG Entertainment -- their company's are named using their initials), they each originally started out as singers and dancers in the Korean music industry. However, JY Park is the only one who still releases songs as an artist himself. He is sort of a big kid who never really grew up and he still promotes himself like a Kpop idol. :D JYP is known for his dancing and he has a hand in, not only producing his groups' songs, but he often participates in creating the groups choreography, so you will see his style and influence, especially in the early days, of all of his groups.
Rapper and hip-hop mogul, Jay Park originally was the leader of 2PM -- you see him in "Again & Again" -- and he is known for his B-boy skills so that is where I think JYP got the idea to incorporate B-boying into 2PM's choreography. Jay Park is Korean-American from Seattle, Washington. However, due to some controversy and some misunderstandings Jay left 2PM in 2009/2010 and went back home to Washington, but he was so popular in Korea that fans demanded he come back and continue making music. So in 2011 he came back to Korea and signed with a small company and became a solo hip-hop artist. In 2013 he became the founder and CEO of his own Korean record label named AOMG. The Label is named after the Seattle-based B-Boy group, Jay was a member of called "Art of Movement."
And in 2017 he also started an international record label called H1GHR music. Jay Park is now 33 years old, but a few years ago he was named by Forbes Magazine Korea as one of the top celebrities 30 under 30 to watch and he is one of the most successful solo artists in the industry, he is worth millions now and is considered one of the founders of hip-hop in Korea.
2PM was also one of the very first Kpop groups to have a Thai member. Nichkhun -- the golfer in "Hands Up" -- is known as a prince of Thailand. :D

2PM debuted in 2008, about a month or so after SHINee, so even though 2PM is a JYP group and SHINee is an SM group, in the early days, 2PM and SHINee appeared on a lot of variety shows together and they were often paired together. Because 2PM were so manly and SHINee had that cute boyfriend vibe, the groups were even often paired together as funny boyfriend/girlfriend pairs during variety show games.
Fun fact: GOT7 originally was created to be the junior version of 2PM. So, GOT7 was supposed to take after them, that's why GOT7 debuted with the song "Girls Girls Girls." GOT7's "Girls Girls Girls" is supposed to be slightly cocky and have the feel of "teenage boys with too much confidence." It is also one of the reason's why Mark and Jackson trained in martial arts stunting and tricks, like the flips you see in that MV, because JYP was hoping to replicate 2PM's style and skill set.
You are totally correct!! 2PM is those kinds of groups that you really need to watch their live performance rather than a staged recording from their MVs. They always excel at their live performance and bring so much energy and pleasure to the audience. I've been a fan of 2PM since their debut, they've come a long way musically and in their individual activities. I can easily say they are one of the groups i am very proud of! Their most recent songs are of course way better (Their older songs are just too early 2000's for me LOL). You can check A.D.T.O.Y, Promise (i'll be) and My House which are a few of my favorite title songs by 2PM!

I wouldn't say they are a performance group cuz I listen to their songs all the time aside from watching their performances but the songs you reacted to are the ones that are mostly enjoyed live,like they used to do a different ending everytime they performed Heartbeat(one of them "had to die" in the end and it was different each time!there's a whole compilation video on heartbeat endings),It has some of the most iconic stages like their heartbeat zombie performance or their heartbeat performance at seoul music awards 2010.

They were super popular back in their peak (because not only women knew them but men as well) and often appeared on variety shows due to their athleticism and good humour. Also, Nichkhun was the first Thai Kpop idol (aka the Prince of Thailand) and they also had two other foreign (American) members - hence the subbed videos.
And yeah, they are a performance groups as their debut concept was like a b-boy group so.they would do tricks and flips in performances - first groups to be focused on it in kpop insread of just like one member being able to breakdance.
Yeah, there were 3-4 good (bad in my opinion) years of autotune in kpop (and globally really). Also a year or two where everything was basically emo and about heartbreak.
