There are so many flaws with this layout. 1. Chappal stand k saamne Puja ghar rakha h. 2. Master bedroom doesn't have privacy due to shared balcony 3. Balcony next to dining table is useless whereas other bedrooms could have got at least one. 4. Size of the kitchen is too small considering the size of the house.

Dont buy... they trouble at the time of posession with unneccesary charges. If you already bought then keep record of everything. Even for not paying demand letter money after 14days they charge 10.2% interest even for 1 day delay
