Happy to be here and we appreciate you taking the time to make this quick video! For those curious here is a brief plastic variation breakdown from our website www.lonestardiscs.com/ V1 is a soft, gummy, malleable plastic that is excellent at grabbing chains. V2 has all of the great qualities of V1 but is a much stiffer plastic. Both V1 and V2 plastic will float in water! Alpha is durable, smooth, and tough. Bravo shares the same qualities as Alpha but is more flexible. Glow has a similar feel to Bravo but it shines brightly when charged using a UV Blacklight. Bravo and Glow are slightly more torque resistant, Alpha is true to flight numbers.
As someone who loves throwing Lone Star, I figure I'd throw in my two cents. Glow Penny Putter is my favorite throwing putter. So glidey, easy distance, comfortable hand feel. The Curl BOMBS. My max distance disc at 475. The Dillo is such a throwable approach disc. I hit metal with my approaches more than my putts sometimes with the Dillo. The Warbird is perfect for any destroyer lover. My Mockingbird is easily the prettiest disc I throw. A gorgeous hyzer flip to dead straight. Understable discs rock! The Ranger and the Middy are the only two mids I need in a bag. And you cant go wrong with picking up any of the Artist Series stamps. Easily some of the best stamps in disc golf.
What a great idea. I think disc golfers limit themselves by staying with the discs they have always played with and don’t experiment with different plastics and manufacturers.
plastic breakdown; Bravo: Star esc but soft Alpha: Star esc Glow: Bravo but mostly translucent Lima: 150g area Bravo Victor 1: soft gripy base plastic Victor 2: stiff gripy base plastic
Awesome video! These discs look pretty nice. Looking forward to the back nine, and I feel Ben is going to make a comeback 💪🏼🤘🏼

Got tired of everytime you picked a disc, hearing that you don't know the discs. We get it.
If you had only been using Victor 2, your water shot would have floated!
Hole 2: call that a “rim out”. It rides the rim of the basket and falls to the ground.
