I am from Benin Republic, but my ancestors are from Nigeria and migrated to Benin .. When I meet a nigerian and even tell them my name, they quickly recognise me as one of theirs. We speak a dialect of Yoruba... Our ancestors migrated to many countries and their descendants conserve their culture most of the time. This episode of your podcast gave me goosebumps from emotions I didn't know I had. It reinforced my belief that Africa will be changed for the better by the burgeoning population of young Africans who had begun to see African borders are artificial. My generation of folks over 50 couldn't do it, you surely can. Thank you.
