Just found you and loving it! I am coming to Japan in 2 weeks! I have been trying to find a way to cylce around but its very challenging. Fingers crossed I can manage a folding ebike
You are living the dream. This is exactly the kind of videos I'm looking for. I literally just got done deal hunting on my ebike here in soflo. Awesome video man , subbed..🍊🤙
I love the deep respect and diligence people seem to demonstrate en masse in Japan. Leaving your bike unlocked outside the combini is insane to me and just everyday life in Japan isn't it? One day I will earn my way there to visit. Love the content JJ.
Actually, a few months after purchasing my bike it was stolen! It was recovered the day after! I guess they just wanted a joyride Haha! Since that incident, I always lock it. On the other hand, my cousin forgot his newly bought Switch at a Mickey Ds in Akiba. Someone turned it over to the staff, so plus one for humanity. Haha, cheers!
This is great! Im planning to go to japan next month, and I like to ask How much is the normal price for a nintendo gamecube? Thanks for all the great content, by the way!
Sweet avatar! Just yesterday I scored a copy of Crash on ps1, haha. The avg price for a cube with 1 controller and cables is about ¥6,000. Sometimes you can find the console only for as low as ¥110! More on that soon, cheers!
@@RetroReWire Enjoy the Crash game! Those are great games and a fav of mine, I have the japanese version of ctr, its great That would be a really interesting video, by the way! Looking forward for more content, keep up the good work!
Dude, I love those rides because I used to go all the way from Nakano to Saitama and look for stuff back in 2019. Gladly I could get a few nice pick ups that I still have. Wish we could meet and play some Neo Geo AES if you happen to have some time, I moved to Nerima ward by the way! Cheers!
@@RetroReWire it is not that bad, once in while I get to pick nice stuff but compared to last year, not that much available. Lots of folks are using mercari to sell their games and consoles.
You're right about Mercari, especially with the younger generations. Hopefully we see an increase of goods in store as the New Year Holiday is coming up fast. Stay frosty out there, cheers!@@ronnie198609
Cool ride and cool games..that Rules Of Rose..wowow!
Haha the Rule of Rose was such a surprise. Crazy that it wasn’t in the showcase. Cheers!
Great Video! Really cool to see the paths in the countryside there and then the stores. Awesome stuff!
Yeah, it’s super fun riding out in the countryside! More so, when the weather is favorable, haha!

Cycling around Japan is super fun! I see a number of e-bike sharing services around Tokyo. I believe there is also a rental shop in Akihabara. Cheers!
Never thought I needed a bike adventure like this one
It's super fun. Although avoid it during the hottest and coldest months. Summer is brutal. Cheers!
That Hard Off theme music is kinda catchy 😊
The music can put one in the shopping mood for sure. Cheers!

More is on the way, including cycling adventures. Appreciate the sub, cheers!

Cool 😊 love Japan I want to visit 😊
Yes, I highly recommend you visit Japan someday!

Awesome video again 🙂 ... they had the PSVR2 boxed for 35k Yen nearly half off retail. Junk section always fun - finding that hidden gem.
Half off sounds like a sweet deal to me! And yes, i totally agree, the junk section is always fun. Cheers!

Nakano to Saitama sounds like a fun ride! How are the game shops in the Nerima area?

@5:33 Heavy Barrel is my favorite game on the Famicom/NES along with SMB3
I hear great things about the game. I’m hoping to try it sometime soon, cheers!
@@RetroReWire It's a great port. The arcade version had rotary joysticks. But it doesn't hinder the game in any way imo. And the music is great. Enjoy
nice selection at this hard off ! but i doubt ill ever get out that far seems every time I'm in Tokyo for work time to hunt is very limited !!!
I know the feeling! Akiba is sometimes the best option due to time. Cheers!
definitely
Dude how about that Dreamcast Karaoke? skipped over that!
In a previous video, I spotted a mint DC Karaoke unit in the box. The bit of gear is def a collectors piece. Cheers!
how long does it take you to ride your bike to the hard off location like that, you said it was 20miles?
It was under 3 hours total. Since I was filming, it took a little longer than expected. Definitely good times! Cheers!
Last June I did exactly 4:16 this 😂
And I was walking not bicycling!!!
The summertime is brutal. I once rode during the summer, and I had to buy a t-shirt because I was so drenched in sweat, haha. Cheers!
Like to see some real Japan, not Tokyo.
I’m to cover more less-talked about areas in the coming months. Stay tuned, cheers!
