Wow, it's been a while since a new product came out. 😮 The Tundra is really a great product, so I'm looking forward to it. Stewart, please make more new products in the future. We'll be expecting them.😊
I love my Tundra. I'm glad to see this model continuing to get a fresh release. I still prefer those squishy foam tires, but everything else looks like a great update for this plane.
The inspire has the exact same damage to the trailing edge of the rudder as mine V1 came with. Guess they can’t get the shipping companies to stop dropping the boxes on the ground tail first.
Love the new paint scheme I have the v2 , it really pops with the inspire colour Stuart, I’m so glad hobbyking are back in the uk buddy I’ve already had a few orders and you have been brilliant with my deliveries like the old days so thank you very much ✊ , G🇬🇧 oh I’ve just ordered those wheels for my v2 I have the red white and blue one and they will just finish it off I recon and great flying Stuart ✊
Stewart - great review as always. Both versions look great with added lights. 2 things I don't care for - back to the EPO wheels(I would need to replace those) and the $250 price. Compared to my FMS Super Cub 1300mm for $180(including gyro), it's hard to justify buying this one- for me. True, the FMS Cub does not include floats, but that's a $20 add on. If it ever goes on sale for under $200US- I'm all over it-LOL. Keep up with the wonderful reviews Stewart.
I have to be very honest.... I have not buy any planes from Hobbyking for a long long time.... I am going to buy this one for sure... the inspired one looks sensational !
Stuart, they should have flown you back to Sydney Australia to do the Tundra V3 Flight Review. Back where it started with the V1. I still have my original Tundra,,, the Best Fun RC Plane ever built. Cheers.
Yes it will fly on 3S batteries just fine, that would actually be the sweet spot imo, should still have plenty of power for scale flights, May need to change out the prop but that's no big deal...
HI I see most planes come out of the box ,once put together will not fit in the box , if the box was with hold cockpit and tail assemble the wing could go on top, put a handle on the box an easy way take to the filed . its only form part of the box could be molded around the planes body the tail and wing would fit at that end flat.it would still be protected in the box, only put the struts on both wings and main wing and wheel your battery your be ready to go
Is there enough room for a Hobbyeagle A3Super4 to be mounted in the bay behind the battery? Needs to be close to CG, and receiver bay puts it too far back (from what I can see). Thanks!
I tried flying the Tundra V3 today. And it didn't fly so well. CG is good. The plane responded very poorly, it was difficult to turn it. I don't know what's wrong, does anyone have similar problems?
yeh...that bloody ESC reverse feature???... absolutely da' bomb for hard surface runways, EDF craft sans flaps have it made for short landing rolls!!!👏😁🇬🇧🇺🇸🇸🇰🇨🇵🇩🇪🇦🇹🇪🇦🇸🇮👌
So glad you guys are still supporting this model with new versions. I've been needing to get a new Tundra and now might be the time.
Great presentation Stu! I can verify that it is incredibly well done and works on all kinds of surfaces 👊🏻💥👊🏻
My Tundra v1 is by far the best all round rc plane I've got, a 4s version is a very good idea. Another spot on video Stuart
Nice flight, I'm looking forward to owning it

Outstanding job you did on this one Stuart! Great airplane.

I've been wanting the V2 bad, this looks much much better just cant afford it on disability sadly...Nice flying 👍🏻
00:29 What language was that?
I think I'll hold out for the V3 night Tundra, HK says late June.
Stuart....for those that already have 3s batteries..will it still work without any changes?

Very nice. 742 flights on my V2, zero flown on 3S. Maybe V4 will finally include a spinner?
