I love how everyone in this comment section right now completely missed the point of this video. I say at the start that I'm mot throwing criticism at Deadpool himself, but moreso the fact that he breaks the fourth wall and the film Deadpool & Wolverine as a film. Since recording this I've seen Deadpool 1 and I actually really liked it. Edit: I just deleted a couple of the really dumb comments.
I was so baffled. I was so confused how somebody could see the Deadpool movies and not think they’re comedies. I laughed so hard I cried the entire run of the last one. But it made way more sense when you said you’d never seen the movies. Why on earth are you reviewing movies you haven’t watched?? You even used almost exclusively footage from the movies you yourself said you never watched. What the heck dude. Of course you don’t understand the movies, because you’ve never seen them!
@@petermitchell7851 No, I have seen Deadpool & Wolverine and since I recorded this, I've seen the first one. What I said was Deadpool & Wolverine is a bad addition to the MCU. I said at the start of the video that the title wasn't really accurate.
I do not accept this at all, first of all deadpool isnt a "joke" character hes had deep trauma and wants to die but he just make it to a joke so he dosent feel as bad. 2. His fourth wall breaking is acceptable because all the characters just thinks hes crazy when he says sometinhg abt the audience. The only thing i can accept is that he fourth wall breaks alot but i cant argue with you because in my opinion i find it funny, ur opinion is that its to much
Since I recorded this I have seen Deadpool 1 and I don't mind the fourth wall breaks in that film because they are few and far between and are actually funny, unlike in D&W.
@@johnnydabb2 respectable opinion, I think if disney made an avengers movie every like 8 projects and didn't make 13 things a year the quality would be much better in terms of cgi and writing
Most people wouldn't change their mind by a well-written YT comment, but I'd love to hear you out if you'd like to explain why you don't like this take.
@johnnydabb2 well form how you have presented it I'm the video your going of just the movies and yet at the same time haven't watched them except for deadpool and wolverine which shows you haven't even had the most basic exposure to the film version of the character and also based of some of your points I'm probably correct in assuming you haven't read the comics which is fair enough don't read thing on characters that don't appeal to you but the main point that I don't like is you saying he's just a joke character which has some truth he is a more humourois character with some elements of parody to him but this is all a mask he hides behind he is deeply tragic and uses humor as a coping mechanism mutch like spider man and other humorous characters like plastic man wich is a common coping mechanism in real life but your load your opinion you don't have to agree

This is a bad take but im not going to change your mind in a youtube comment, so you have your opinion even if it is a bit rubbish
