although I've not touched vanguard for quite a bit, seeing how complex mechanics and interactions happen in it is really bringing me back at least to be interested enough to invest time into what the game can potentially provide for cool combos. Especially now that DD is out I'm probably going to get familiarized with the mechanics of the game from that before jumping into the physical card game.
I think the play explanations are extremely helpful since it really ties everything together into "do x then y then z, swing for 50k" which even though I don't really play often I still get the overall gameplan
I really enjoyed your video going so into detail. I've been out of vanguard for awhile and not only did I learn a lot of Eva (A deck I plan to play) I also learned a lot about the mentality of players which I did not know before

Hello DF! I just built Eva recently and I have trouble deciding if I want to put the new cards from Minerva Rising set into the deck (G2 Obscudeid , World is a Blue Research Lab and Radio Wave Monster, Weibiros etc). Despite the extra shield, extra power and battle all front row units is nice from G2 Obscudeid, I dont know what to substitute since Combine Rusher and G3 Obscudied are the main and better beaters (revive and crit pressure etc). For back row boosters, Webiros allows you to draw but like you mentioned this deck already plus a lot so the draw is not necessary, and it seems that Mamako is a better booster since the base 7000 + 2000 for each set order in order zone which means the power is the same but will exceed if you have 4 or more set orders, which is very likely to happen on turn 4 or persona ride turns.

I always thought you can't recycle Orders with Secondel, seeing as it specifies non-trigger UNIT. If a card skill specifies unit, doesn't that disqualify Orders as opposed to other cards that say card which would qualify them?

@DifferentFight so lets say i finally got over the fact that vanguards rebooting constantly and deciding to get back into the game what do i need to get back into it? do i need 5 copies of my rides now?
I have a question. Is the effect of "Cardinal Draco, Enpyro" a good to have, or plays a crucial role in this Eva deck? I quote "[CONT](GC):If your opponent's vanguard is grade 3 or greater, this unit gets [Shield] +5000." I may have to substitute this card with Start Deck's "Aurora Battle Princess, Fronte Rose"
Given Bushiroad's track record, what is the likelihood for the PR Eva Research Order card to be reprinted into a subsequent booster set e.g. BT-08 or later? Would Eva only be a one-off unit, never to be supported again post BT-06?
Really not looking forward to trying to get that Promo. Nowhere around me does Vanguard so I'm just gonna have to pay some rando online whatever outrageous price they ask -_- Edit: Also, I am absolutely infuriated to learn there is another deck that can actually benefit from having units imprisoned. That is the absolute worst part of OverDress, in my opinion.

i was thinking it just gave them resist , but no it just prevents them from being retired so they can still be binded so guess it does make the mirror a bit odd xD

The order that allows you to bind. Can you bind more than one card per turn?
You can only set orders once per turn atm, so nope!
