    ●● What you need ●●
    * Use a round pan
    (15 × 15 × 7)
    ■ 2 bananas (240g)
    ■ 2 eggs (55g×2)
    ■ Yogurt (80g)
    ■ Oligosaccharides or syrups (40g)
    ㄴNot so sweet!
    ■ Vegetable oil (20g)
    ■ Gan Oatmeal (100g)
    ■ Almond powder (100g)
    ■ Cocoa powder (32g)
    ■ Baking Powder (3g)
    ■ Baking soda (4g)
    ■ Walnuts or chocolate chips (30g)
    ●● Baking ●●
    ■oven
    170 degrees 10 minutes preheat
    Bake at 170 degrees 35 minutes
    ■ 700W microwave
    1 minute
    (3 second pause)
    1 minute
    (3 second pause)

    * 500ml microwave container × 2
    ■ 1 Banana (120g)
    ■ 1 egg (55g)
    ■ Yogurt (40g)

    ■ Gan Oatmeal (45g)
    ■ Almond powder (45g)
    ■ Cocoa powder (15g)
    ■ Baking Powder (1.5g)
    ■ Baking soda (1.5g)
    *Pour the dough up to 1~2cm in the microwave container.

    ■ 2 spoons of chocolate chips or dark chocolate (20g)
