Yes it is amped up more. But avengers earths mightiest heroes already raised the bar back in 2010 only to pummel down to a stink show like avengers assemble. Good thing x men 97 raised it even higher.

All of this nostalgia on this show. I felt like a kid all over again when the cameos started showing up. I was smiling from ear to ear.

@@renorasearcy7874 Gotta be honest, I've always felt that Spidey TAS was as complete a story as it could ever have been. It had a great conclusion with Spidey coming to realise that when the need arose, he could rise up to the challenge and be a wonderful leader, even when the team he was leading was literally 4 other alternate versions of him. And then after a few years of having to suffer the full brunt of his Parker's luck, he finally received a miracle from someone who might as well be his guardian angel, that is, getting to meet Uncle Ben one last time and finally coming to terms with his sins.
I think it can be taken for granted that his guardian angel would definitely suceed in leading him to his lost love, so I really don't need to see it actually happen on screen. Besides, we've already seen what a reunion between Peter and MJ would look like when her clone walked back into his life. I bet you the scene of the real MJ reuniting with Spidey would have felt very similar.
If they really do a new season to continue the story, I hope they do a time skip instead of showing Peter going back to Victoria London to retrieve MJ and ending up fighting Carnage, who was kiling London folks left and right as Jack the Ripper. At least, that was the plot that the original showrunner had in mind before it was cancelled.

@@CoolnessNSparks I think he meant the universe. The MCU is technically just one universe. The Beast we saw in the MCU was from another universe, that somehow connected to the MCU. This show happens in its own universe. Of course they're all in the same Marvel multiverse, they can still mix it all up loll.
I still don't know if Marvel wants to set the TVA only in the 616 sacred timeline, or if they want to make the TVA a multiversal agency. If the latter is the case, it could technically be Loki pulling the X-Men through time. But I think the Loki series was contained within the 616 timelines. Not sure though.
People always assume Charles Xavier is omega level because he is one of the most prominent mutants, he actually is not omega 😂

The moon had nothing to do with it. Asteroid M has an atmosphere and sits in a low orbit. It's much closer to the earth than the moon.
Earth’s atmosphere stretches out to the Moon and beyond. Earth's atmosphere has many layers....they're probably at the edge of thermosphere entering the mesosphere...which still have air and sound. That's why Jubilee and Sunspot was able to breathe and talk.

This episode was so special. Every time I rewatch it, I hear and see new things I missed. Incredible. That city definitely looks like something Kang created in Egypt.. I cannot WAIT to see what season 2 & 3 brings. They could cancel any other Marvel and just focus on this lol that's how good this is. Great job as usual! You always catch the nuances too. Love it

Season one is a bit of slog, but it keeps getting better with Season 2 and the ending of Season 2 is nuts and the show hits its stride with season 3. The show also created the character X-23.

@@jokerz7936Exactly started out okay. Just kept getting better all the finales were good. But season 2 was crazy I loved it. The show got more mature and darker in season 4. It was really starting to feel more like this x men universe.

Charles hijacked Magneto mind. Charles uses his powers to get Magneto to turn the power back on in which the human Sentinel are back on as the X-Men Team Yellow is defeated momentarily. We get a brief cameos Black Panther, Iron Man, Cloak and Dagger,Omega Red, Dr. Strange and Daredevi, as well as recurring Captain America and Silver Samurai. As they're about to fight the human Sentinel. I like Cable's line to Bastion "How your mommy Bastion" damn 🤣😂.
Jean coming back as the Phoenix was badass. As well like that they brought the ost from the original X-Men Tas Phoenix theme back. As she stopped Bastion and the human Sentinel. As well stopping Sinister as she stripped away the mutant DNA that he stoled. But Bastion new upgraded design as he takes Cable arm looks badass. Magneto loses his memory. As Charles shattered his psyche. As he must restore it. I love Cyclops' line to Wolverine. "Don't you dare break her heart."Be the best at what you do, heal." As Rogue to Roberto."Hey Romeo! Odds may be bad, but the cards are always in the X-Men's favor.
Team Blue fight Bastion was awesome. And when Rogue punched Bastion, "His name was Gambit, Remember It." was a badass moment. As well as her doing the thunder clap a Hulk move. Roberto calling himself Sunspot. I like that we got an insight into Magneto pain. We get a brief glimpse of Scarlet Witch, Quick Silver, and Polaris. Cyclops had an amazing redemption arc this season. I thought it was interesting to see Cyclops tried to help him. As his last parting words to Nathan as the X-Men plan to sacrifice themselves to save the planet. Like that, we got a brief Peter Parker and Mary Jane. Xavier helped repair Magneto's mind, stopping the asteroid. I love Magneto lives line. Bishop returns to tell Forge the X-Men is stuck in time. Then we get a brief Apocalypse cameo after the end credits. With him at Genosha holding Gambit card mean Gambit will come back to life as one of his 4 horsemen.
This was a fantastic episode. I was never disappointed. Every moment, every scene, every dialogue was so good. I can't wait for season 2. But anyway I hope you have a wonderful day. Stay safe, take care, and stay amazing Beauty and the Beard.
