Making 300 in a day. I would be thrilled. I know it is hard to let some things go cheap but you still made a profit. I agree when you have an aggressive sale it seems everything slows down when it ends.

I find the same thing happens to me when I run a sale....crickets. Its like the algorithm needs to reset itself or something. Hang in there and thanks for keeping it real as you always do. Reselling is not an easy job and can wreck havoc on mental health sometime, especially when sales are slow. Enjoy your time with family this weekend!

I completely understand! July has been horrible for me for various reasons (out of town for a week helping to move my older daughter to a new state) and my sales show. But I’m back on track so let’s hope August is a better month for both of us. Thanks for the great video Julie!

I think you have addressed this before but have you thought about not accepting returns? I know that some resellers say it effects their sales but I can't imagine having to deal with so many returns that you have had. I do not have a store and I only resell for a hobby part-time, so I cannot compare what I am doing to what you are doing. I can say that you look so burnt out and frustrated, maybe time away would be good. Life is too short to stress so much. Love your channel!
I used to not offer returns. And then I would have people lie continuously so they could return the item under item not as described. Then I was forced to pay for shipping back-and-forth. So it is much more economical to let people return stuff because I lose absolutely no money over it. As for looking burnout and frustrated I’m definitely more burned out than frustrated but is also the first day of my period and I was in very severe pain while trying to film this video. But I felt bad not putting it out because I know people are waiting to hear how the sale went. Thanks so much for watching!

It was worth a shot, you didn't lose any money so that was a plus. Do you find you generate interest in your store and get repeat customers when you have sales? Sorry you are struggling right now, hopefully having a few days off and surrounding yourself with family will help.

What type of plastic bag is that, I use a zipper type bag from Amazon but I wonder if your with the tape are less expensive?
I get the bags off of eBay. I do believe they are 10 x 13“ resealable bags with a suffocation warning. I think the last time I bought them I paid $46 for 1000.
Hi Julie! Thanks so much for the content. I have a quick question. How does SA do the 99 cent sale in your area? One day a month? Colored tag? This is the first I’ve heard of 99cent day…I’ve only seen 50% off here on Wednesdays and Sally Days. Would love to know more.
I’m sure it varies by region but at mine a color goes on sale for 50% off for 2 weeks. Then the Third week it goes for .99 cents. So every Monday a new color goes on Sale for that week for 99 cents plus there are 2 other colors running a 50% off sale at the same time.
