great video, lots of nice ideas. a little tip for bigger and more fluffy popcorn that won't leave unpopped at the bottom of the pan or hard parts in your popped corn. Simply soak the corn in warm water for 2-3 minutes, then towel dry them before you use them as you would in this video.
I had never heard about your tip to let the kernels come to temp together off-burner to prevent burned popcorn - thanks, I'll try it! Also, I think corn popped this way tastes much better than microwave popcorn!
This dude is the best well done I have a home ec assignment in school to design and create a popcorn recipe and this vid gave me some great ideas thanks Todd!
