To obtain forgiveness. It is a mental exercise. One must first acknowledge the Truth of the transgression. Accept it. Realize the wrong in it. Only then can you forgive yourself for it. And only then can you release it. Guilt is poison to the mind, body, and soul. Trust me on this point. I know. It is equally important for you to forgive those who have transgressed against you. @karmen11.12 I would not be saying this if I hadn't done this and proven it to myself. In fact, it gets easier as you go. I no longer need to wait for the energy to subside because it goes away almost immediately because when my consciousness recognizes it is happening. It's almost like ignoring a petulant child, and I chuckle at it.

Contradiction in thinking we're all one and reincarnation. It's not reincarnation. It is a form of many from one because we are one, He is One, yes learning, overcoming, forgiving, but not karmic debt in the sense if reincarnation. Thoughts?
I agree with this observation, I suppose reincarnation would be a 3rd dimensional concept created by beings within the 3rd dimension. As perspective is widened and higher dimensions are envisioned we move away from 3rd dimensional concepts and we move closer to One. All is connected to One because All ultimately is from One.

I remember a scientific study or theory that DNA carries memory from parent to child.
I think the idea of reincarnation not so much to rember past lives but realise by being kind in our current life our future life will be better. But there is no proof its a belief or Faith.
If our ego is an illusion than where does that place the words "i am".
what if I don't have empathy, and don't feel guilty, i don't smile when you smile, i don't reflect other emotions.
I could give you a house, and feel nothing, I could take your life, and feel nothing.
How does cause, and effect apply to me in a mental, and spiritual world, how can I recognise it?

When they say listen. You must empty your mind. Only then can you receive the answer and be assured it is not your own thoughts getting in the way.
What's the point, when I don't remember anything from padt lives? I don't remember any lessons and whatever I learn in this life I will not remember in the next. Will I even get to the knowledge I got to in this life? Will I continue from where I left off or will I just start from zero again? But for this life at least I agree. Specially with the last words said.
