this is the first dubbed song i've from the anime and i have to say its pretty damn awesome. very similar to the original besides the english corrections. but i ain't here to nitpick, i'm just sayin that this still sounds incredible dubbed.
they completely omited that fact and changed it usually to make some funny comment like when eddie says he had a good voice and he asked what he said it went from 'what did he say' to 'did you hear that?!?' seemingly small changes but they do change the story a bit.
i like the english dub songs better . it just sounds weird to me with them trying to belt out english words when they cant pronounce them it could just be me though lol
A million times over YES! I own both of the OST's, but I'd love to have the english dub too, especially considering the english voice actor for Koyuki has an amazing voice.
@DEATH111183 thats a really good idea but if you have an iphone it comes with the voice memo app so you can make a recording of a song there then it will appear in a playlist in your itunes library from there you can right click on the song, go to get info and edit the name and album and stuff from there
i love greg he's got a great voice...but why'd they switch the lyrics around to make it seem like koyuki was the writer. the english version is more like a song about a girlfriend, but ryusuke wrote it about maho... and the japanese lyrics make more sense to that...its just weird to me...sry for the really long comment ^_^
English actually is: Trying to keep hanging on, not trying to keep flaming on. That's the Japanese one although it sounds like blaming, his accent makes it sound like it. Try listening to his voice.
Actually the lyrics to this song changed very little from the orginal to the English version. All they did was clean up the syntax a little bit so it would be easier to sing by a native English speaker.
@blusouls they're both japanese, i own em both, beck has the original bands and voice actors from japan singing the songs from the show. and keith has other bands in japan singing, infact one of em is mentioned in the anime, huskingbee i think it was

@HeliosVamp13 dude, i have this song. more particularly i pulled the audio tracks off the dvd by finangling the cables from a dvr recording system, i rigged it to only pickup the audio signals and record it, then i had to fiddle with the sound levels on my computer and walla. instant english version, you're lookin at a few hours of work but well worth it

They just made Koyuki more reserved than usual to compensate. He hesitates and whatnot more often.
