I’m a triathlete Ironman marathon runner at 60 now doing my first Spartan race this May. Doing the Spartan super competitive race- in Austin - figure go big or go home! Love you guys and your videos - they have been such a help. Trying to inspire women as we age to look at it as opening a new door!!
I was at the Ranch, too. I participated in my first Spartan Race. I did the 10K Trail.
Great introduction for the beginner as well as the experienced Spartan.

I'm doing my first Spartan Spirt in the Poconos on July 13th. Obstacles are very well explained and now I feel prepared for what I will face on race day!

I did my first 5K with my 2 sons in Charlotte N.C completed 77% of obs. continuing my training and excersise , to date since I started working out I've gone from 257 lbs down to 218 as of today , doing a 10K in Newberry S.C in November and finishing off the year in Sebring Fla, with the 21K for my Trifecta .... I'm 66 years old and my boys introducing me to this event has changed my life , and , it's so much fun too
Doing my first Spartan Sprint Race on June 9th - 2024 Cincinnati Spartan Trifecta Weekend. This has been a bonding experience with my adult daughter. We have been training since January and I am in much better shape than I was when we started. I am definitely looking forward to it and I appreciate your instructions for the obstacles. Thank you.

Doing the my first Spartan tomorrow, the super in Monterey, and I've been getting pretty nervous the heard about some of these obstacles. It was really helpful to get to see all of these and have you talk me through it. I feel like I can do it now. Thanks! :D

25th Mai Zandvoort the Netherlands. This will be my second Spartan Race but my first 21K Spartan Race. Looking forward to it.

I will doing my first Spartan Beast tomorrow at 52yo. Thanks for showing the “normal” people doing this. Too many of the promotional videos and photos show ripped 20 somethings.
That is why we do it!

How long does it take usually?
I'm 74.. firmer bodybuilder...still lift. Is it doable?
I am about 10 years younger. This Saturday is my first race. I started doing CrossFit 2 and half months ago. Not super fit, but I'm sure I can do it. Maybe not every obstacle, but that is fine. I heard about an 80 year old guy that just did his 200th.
