    I mean, the same could be said about brewing espresso, "leave it to the pros" but that is no fun! Though as someone who plays around with roasting their own coffee, I do get what you are saying. It is way harder to roast good coffee than it is to pull a good shot. Still fun though.

    Keep in mind, always look for up-and-coming brands, start ups, that are making good coffee. Look for good pricing and quality. This can be had more in the start-ups. They are not taking shortcuts and the CDB(cost of doing business) has not matured, nor their growth and needs, and often greeds. This is such a factor that larger companies are making multiple brands making themselves try to look smaller as if they are start-ups. Lot of deceptive POS scum bangs out there.

    I live in Costa Rica and have the hook up on Primo roasted and Green Beans. I am starting a brand for all around distribution. Also, my partner works for a broker as well and you don't have to buy large quantities like bigger companies. This is a real account and person. Maybe we can do something cool?
