  • Our Father’s Day Dinner,
    Chimichurri sauce over Seared Ribeye, Sautéed Shrimp
    Baked Potatoes & Grilled Veggies
    Celebrating A Great Dad/ Papi & grandpa/ poppop.
    I seasoned 2 ribeye w/ salt pepper & roasted garlic, left in fridge until I was ready to cook. I added 2-3 tbs. Olive oil, add your ribeye when oil is hot keep on med heat, add 2 tabs of butter melt and keep basting your ribeye until it reaches the temp you prefer, take off the heat and let it rest. About 5-10 min then serve. I baked 8 potatoes until fork tender, add some olive oil to broccoli seasoned salt & pepper baked @ 350° with potatoes until desired charring. I rinsed the raw shrimp let drip dry, I added 1 tsp oil 1/2 roasted garlic salt and pepper sautéed until pink in color.
    I’ll add the recipe for the Chimichurri sauce, I did change it a little, I add more cilantro and less of parsley. **
    * I used my frozen cilantro that I washed dried and rolled in tight freezer bag, this way I have fresh frozen **
    I made everything in a manner less than an hour🌱
