It is very hard eating any kind of pineapple once you’ve had fresh pineapple from Hawaii. It tastes nothing like the frozen or canned. We had a friend that lived there. Every time he would come to the mainland, he would bring us 3 or 4. They were the small totally round ones. Oh my, they were so sweet and juicy. I never cared for pineapple at all till I ate those! But I think I will try this recipe except use different fruit.

A Hawaiian restaurant near me makes *”Pineapple Whip-Splits”* -the bowl is 1/2 a pineapple (the chopped fruit from the “bowl” is in the split) and it comes with 4 scoops of handmade “whip” in whatever flavor/s you choose (there’s pineapple, coconut, taro, mango, passionfruit and banana) -a whole chopped banana, topped off with handmade whipped cream and then sprinkled with chopped macadamias.
It’s truly *mana from heaven.* lol
Obviously, with those portions- it’s intended to be shared by multiple people...but I’m not gunna lie... I’ve shamefully powerhoused a few on my own, after a really crappy day.😆❤️

Hmm, guess that’s a pina colada? 🤔🙃 Or 1 Can of sweetened condensed coconut milk as some of you suggested, sounds even better. You can also make “sweetened condensed milk”...it is not cooked at all.....it is made in a blender...using butter...no substitute...white granulated sugar and boiling water.....amounts can be googled.....pour in a glass jar and place in fridge to finish thickening.....original recipe that I have makes about 14 oz. which is the amount that comes in a can of store bought. I have been making this since 1970. Tastes just like store bought.

Or the fact that the company has quietly paid to settle child a*use cases a number of times. Or maybe bc the government has allowed Disney to buy up so many competitors that it is pretty much a monopoly.
