So I think that’s another reason why your subscribers are so grateful to have you on here. You definitely remind us about the good examples (the mothers of the believers).
I loved this vlog. I think you should vlog more often. I can totally relate to how you were getting overwhelmed with university, that’s me all the time, and it’s nice to see you showing ways to overcome it!

Salaam sis, watching you really makes me feel so calm and relaxed. I've been suffering from sever back pain lately and dipping out on classes at UNI, watching you say its okay, its okay really made me feel safe and motivated.
Yes I hate group presentation everyone let's me down as well. They refuse to help me when I don't understand the material or they make me do all the work and the class laugh when I present it. My group is always with people who do nothing or so rude

Dear sister Sam,
Keep in your mind that this world is no more than a test in which all humans are bound to face some hardships and challenges that reveal their patience and steadfastness.
The forms of this test are numerous and diverse: Some people suffer poverty, some suffer physical illnesses, some live in a state of insecurity, some are deprived of their cherished and beloved ones, and still others suffer psychiatric disorders. Referring to this fact, Allah says:
{And surely We shall try you with something of fear and hunger, and loss of wealth and lives and crops; but give glad tidings to the patient, Who says, when afflicted with calamity: “To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return”: They are those on whom (descend) Blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance.} (Al-Baqarah 2:155-157)
Since trials and hardships are inevitable, Islam does not let them pass by without instructing Muslims on the best course of action or by guiding them to the safest and most appropriate attitude. The Hadith reveals one dimension of Islam’s recipe for successfully dealing with life’s challenges.
In order to balance the negative effects posed by afflictions, Islam draws our attention to their expected fruit. Problems and troubles serve as means to expiate sins and elevate the believer’s rank in the Hereafter.
This optimistic and positive approach safeguards one from falling prey to despair and grief. Here, it is fitting to cite some Prophetic hadiths that emphasize this concept:
Abu Yahya Suhaib bin Sinan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“How wonderful is the case of a believer; there is good for him in everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is good for him” (Muslim).
Abu Sa`id and Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with them) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“No fatigue, nor disease, nor anxiety, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

I wanted to thank you as this video actually did help me learn something about positivity. I tend to have those bad days where I get very stressed and fall into a whirlpool of negativity. But seeing you at the end of your day sort of "set things right" in a way by going over everything and practicing gratitude inspired me to try that out too.

You are a food buff and still you are in shape 😄. A person who faces pressure and hardship but never gives up eventually becomes better person. It is your training for becoming a leader. Believe yourself you are at different level. I was bullied by many non muslim friends particularly hindus for not taking part in parties and girlfrnd stuff when someone approached me. Now after few years i am senior software engineer with Allahs grace and some of my friends take my refrences to get job. Alhumdullilah. Be positive always.

Share more of your school experiences, honestly I would benefit. Like, I used to wear the jilbaba, but I stopped wearing it due to my social surroundings, sounds sad, but it happened. Now, I just wear a triangle long scarf..

sister .. this is just some sisterly advice. i am 2 years older than you, and in those two years i learned from rereading and rereading favorite ayas from the quran and certain ahadiith; that no such thing as a bad or a bad day, to every day theres situations and various set-backs or even unanticipated surprises you may like, that get thrown into your face, and how you react internally to them, and not what they are, is what makes them. ex.. If you had a terrible class for example and ure stuck there but you remember the virtue of remaining patient and calmed yourself down, youll have more energy left after that because you have succeeded to react in either patience or gratitude etcc.. Sincerely, the matters of a believer are all good~ FOR ADDITIONAL READING try the 40 hadith-ul nawwawi it is very popular, and basically a collection of sound hadith that have to do with practical faith, a muslims general approach to life and people etc.. love from egypt ~

I failed one class nutrition because I never studied for it and every week my professor gave me exam with 50 questions. I did not study because I never study for exams and in my other classes I get all B's on my exams and I never studied. I want to be a A student next semester which starts August 27 and it will be my second year of unversity. Alhamdulilah. I am going to study this time and am retaking nutrition with the same professor because she is the only one that teaches nutrition for my college. You know of any study guide books for nutrition or online study quiz sites for practicing ?

I can relate with the University frustrations, They always make me the 'Group Leader'(the person that does 99% of the work), and then i have a lot of things to do, and i can't trust my group mates to let them do some of the work because my marks are on it, So i just keep going and going. And I hate the 'Group Presentations'.

Watched some of ur videos nd noticed that u get a lot of compliments nd praise which is cool nd all but just keep in mind that the Shayateen or even ur nafs might try to make u think that u r so awesome.. which may lead to complacency and / or self-righteousness.. just giving u a heads up.. coz sometimes ppl get ruined by too much praise and admiration.. not saying it's gonna happen to u but just something to keep in mind coz it's not easy to handle sometimes when u r getting so much praise and admiration especially 4 a young person like u..

Well he is a human nd i am a human aswell so yea we have a connection :) But to be serious.. i don't think we r related at least not that i know of..
my university life was painful.. bcoz i avoid mixing with boys..number of girls are few..they mix with boys. so for some reasons i hav few friends..though i live in muslim prior country many professors were kind of name sake muslim. When i go for pray during time of pray they dont like it..there are some class in the asor n magrib time..so i have to go for prayer ..some classes are 3 hr long..i also hate presentation bcoz of group work..i quit my university during mba n become stress free.
Tell me your secret, how do you find time to edit the vlogs?? 🙏
