I don't know if this was mentioned here, but maybe as the leader of Tuku, Gabe might have believed that his alliance was on the bottom as a whole. Especially when Tiyana was voted off.
Gabe was my dog, he shared too much strategy with Caroline and its probly why she turned. Kyle was just dumb getting rid of the only distraction from himself.
He was a good player in that he got himself in a decent power position, had solid unknown alliances and had a good read of his place in the game. On the other hand he was also a terrible players ito hiding how good his position was, failing to consider other people's goals (like Caroline's, specifically), and somehow convinced himself no one would notice him. Even his allies noticed him and said NOPE. He expected his allies to just let him win, like it's 2008 Survivor. His line in confessional about "other players are just letting this happen" during his boot episode is what convinced me the producers won't be inviting him to 50. He got a borderline dodo edit at the end.
youtube shorts kind of isnt as good as it used to be, I wish there was a way of making shorts of people i'm subbed to show up in my subscription page as normal videos instead of just shorts so i actually see them
@@jag519I appreciate it! Like you said, it would be much better if they went into the feeds of people who subscribe! After all, that’s often *why* someone subscribes - from a Short they liked! Ah well.
@@DavidBloombergTV You might not be interested in it, but it could be interesting to make a compilation of a specific show's shorts and put it in a normal video, that at least would let it get to the subscription feed like a normal video.
I was uncomfortable at the beginning when David insisted on showing and staying on the topic of the video with Jessica in it...😕 like she clearly expressed her disdain for that challenge and things associated with it. Why not take the hint and move on ? Not only does he continue talking about her in it, but he goes to the point of showing the video to the screen ! Like WHAT ? I get that she seems to have deadpan humor which may be hard to read at times but key words , "horror, and not show...etc." should be context clues. 🙄 (Lowkey seems like she has ptsd from the experience ...) Please listen to what people are saying and respect their Decisions going forth .
I wouldn't be too annoyed to see him again, but I do think it'd be hilarious if Jeff was like "nahhh, ur comment while leaving removes you from the conversation."
Gabe made insensitive, arrogant comments throughout this Survivor Season & his being voted out is justice for Tiyana, T.K., etc. So glad that Kyle is still there and that Gabe got voted off before him. Gabe stated that he called Teeny a "snake" but he is ok w/ Caroline (someone in his alliance) being part of the group that voted him off? -What kind of logic is that?! Yes, Jessica is right regarding the "Andy" analysis... It is one of the reasons why I believe no one on the former "Yellow Team" should win. Andy's actions in the 1st episode caused everyone to target and vote out Jon Lovett (Big Mistake in Q's Voice) - Andy should have been voted out at that time.
Gabe lost bc he was an overly arrogant and horrible player. The type, similar to Rome, that thinks he’s got it in the bag. And, also thinks that a woman would not be a strategic player. Lol, but he’s the one that wasn’t a good player. He did like T bc she knew exactly who she was dealing with. Bye Gabe! 😂 So happy to see him go!
He wasn’t arrogant in the way of it blinding him to what was happening. He was pretty aware it was him or Genevieve, I think he was playing up the confidence for the cameras. He seems to actually be right in his read of Sue as well, playing emotionally and not getting a strategic edit at all.

Caroline said that to Tiyana, about them coming from Gabe first.
Not sure if this was a good move for Caroline and Kyle. We'll see
Kind of funny the whole rest of the tribe got to see how he behaved in pre merge tribal first hand

I wish that too!
@@DavidBloombergTV every now and then I go to your page to just go through all the shorts I missed

@ Oooh, that could be a good idea! Maybe make one each week! I’ll have to think about maybe doing that in the future! Thank you!!

Gabe lost bc he was a great player and seen as a threat. Sad to see him go cant wait for season 50.

I like how he just invited himself, everyone should try that
