I find this video, the format for this one in particular, really great, better than the others \o/ I think you can maybe push a little longer like 10/15 min to give a little more room to see every steps without being too exhaustive (but it's maybe just a personal taste so I don't know)

I work on a Masterson Sta-Wet palette which is a huge help in controlling drying time. I use retarder occasionally, but very little.
