I shamefully worked for this company. Their attitude was disgusting towards the customer. Customers were deliberately messed about with. Left as soon as l could. Avoid at all costs.
All you folk who have had problems...write a formal complaint to their head office with 2 weeks notice to resolve. If they don’t, use the Small Claims Court to get legal systems and bailiffs if necessary to get your money back. I am just starting on that process with this dreadful company! I have used this system before and it works.
Didn't find out what they were like until after I bought stuff. Windows and doors are continually remade and refitted. But, after more than 7 months I've still only paid the deposit. And I need finance so until they make and fit TO MY SATISFACTION, not theirs, no money. There's an entry on facebook where Anglian forged the customer's signature on the satisfaction form. They got their money back from the finance company but Anglian are going to be in a lot of bother.
Thank God I saw this video!!.....I was just about to Call Anglian to do our Door and Windows. Just decided to visit you tube and see and "adverts" for Anglian..and found this. Well that is sorted. Thank you for posting this video, i will definately not use Anglian and will use another reputable fitter.
Yesterday an Anglia agent came home to give me a quote. Waw! He felt in any aspect selling Anglia product. He was dressed with awful suite and funny socks. I laughed a lot but there he goes. The price was extremely high. 50% more than competition. That means you pay 50% for the advertisement than the quality of the work they eventually will give you. Just don't go with them.
I worked as a Tele-canvasser for these guys many moons ago, I got paid to doss around having people tell me 'no, not interested' *click*....*beeeeep* Though of all the calls I made I did, however, get that one person who actually was interested; 'oh...erm...great......ermm.....shit...I don't actually know what to do now...' I didn't receive any training, I was put in front of a phone and told to get to it, the agent next to me even asked if 'I'd ever used a telephone before?' (I was apparently born in the stone age). We even worked Sundays too, so lots of stroppy grannies- I couldn't blame them really, I'd be pissed off too. I lasted two days.
An 0845 number that apparently belongs to this company (Anglican windows) keeps calling me and hanging up. People on various forums that I found on Google are reporting the same. I don't know what they're getting at, unless it's simply that they want to make money from people calling back the 0845 number. If you pick up the phone before they hang up, the line is dead.
Took over 2 years to finish my conservatory once they started, customer service diabolical, workmanship poor left with a botched conservatory ( photos to prove ) DO NOT USE
I have had a conservatory installed by Anglian and I’m not going to lie they did a bloody good job, 5 years on and it’s been better than any others on the market, the quality was quite shite years ago but from what I know I haven’t got a complaint about it, great job lads

Use these rogues, at your peril. They say they give a 10 year guarantee, but the repair man appears to be from a pikey site. Zero customer skills and as hostile as they come. And that's after a two week wait.
I receive quite a lot of spam, from various "pushers". In amongst the spam, are adverts from Anglian. To me, this is a company, using borderline criminals to advertise their product. I would NEVER use Anglian, there is just too much smoke around this fire....
A good tip your contract states "payment is on satisfactory completion of contract" Inspect the products before and during installation any doubts at all either during or after fitting you have the absolute right withhold final payment cheque to the fitters. You will subsequently put under duress because they will send the "bully boys out to intimidate" Stick to your guns its the only way to clean the double glazing industry up. Anglian can take me to court for what they have put in my home
This company has some awful customer service policy. I've just had a knock on the door from a sales representative. Told him no and I haven't got the time but he wouldn't give up. After I had to close the door on him due to a sleeping baby but then to hear him mouthing off very 'cocky' 'Ok then you have a nice day thank you'. Hearing him shout that through my front door I re opened and gave him some of what he was mouthing. For a company who wants my money YOU ARE GOING ABOUT IT THE WRONG WAY. Please used professional sales reps. Not cocky lads who wear a bloody batman belt buckle! You will never get my money (even though we are on the look for new windows)... blame that lad who knocked my door.
I could really do with a copy of this, our sky + box didnt record it on the day. Our conservatory is far worse than these examples. Any chance you can help me with getting a copy?
Pushy door sales man, starts out all very pleasant, however, when it does not go their way, they become aggressive and have bullying tactics, and even though you tell them your not interested they refuse to leave your property, they walk away swearing because they did not get a sale. All caught on CCTV, if you ever get them on your door step, shut your door on them because you do not want the same experience I had and so many people are having just check trust pilot and see how many people are being effected.
Everest are terrible too, they’ll be on bbc X-ray soon, the next season. Been reading all the bad reviews on their Facebook page, (public post) Absolutely horrendous

bad company wouldn't recommend atal I do windows and amount jobs go to there sales men walking up down Rd and there really forcing customers for sales there expensive most money there commission. people talk to charge thousands for Windows which to much
