Just a word of caution. The instruction manual says to avoid keeping his mouth closed for long periods of time to avoid the rubber material from ripping on the chin. Glad you finally own him! He’s hands down one of my favorite figures!

This little Grogu is amazing. He is beyond cute and he can make faces. I like the droopy ears with his closed-mouth face. Now I need to go check out that lay-a-way. I will be in so much trouble!

I'm curious about changing the ears, they made him so well you can't tell he's not one piece.

I ordered mine a month before you did and still no sign of a dispatch. I hope I will get him soon. He’s so cute.
I ordered mine long before I ever mentioned it. And paid him in full in December.
I ordered mine in full in March and emailed asking when to expect it and they told me June

What about the defect with the jaw on the hot toys model? Long term viability of the head and jaw? Hot toys passing the buck to sideshow and other dealers. Not enough pressure on them yet.

DONT keep it with the mouth closed... the rubber can split under his mouth. There is much evidence of this on the net.
I wonder if hot toys is refunding people who had this issue? Because that really sucks I paid over $500 CAD.
I'm looking for the evidence and I'm not seeing anything about it
@@SeeRad I can't remember if I can do links in comments, d'oh, but I just did a Google search for "hot toys grogu rubber split" and found it shown on the Sideshow site "Hot Toys: The Mandalorian The Child Life-Size Figure - Page 44." Spicy 3 Designs on TH-cam also has a video about it titled Hot Toys Life Size Grogu's articulated jaw issue. How not to destroy your $400+ Collectible." You may have found both or others by now but I just thought I'd pass that along just in case. 😲
Don't mess too much with his mouth as many have split under the chin.
