VEG MOMOS - Vegan recipe!

Today, we are going to makes MOMOS! My personal favourite and everyone I know love it. It works as a snack, as a starter and if you eat as many as I do in one sitting, then it could be a meal too!
For my version of veggie momos you will need!
Dough:
Maida/Atta - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Water - 2-3 tbsp
Stuffing:
Veggies (carrot, cabbage, beans) - 2 cups
Onion - 1/2
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Green cilli - 1/2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper - as required
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Sauce:
Oil - 2tbsp
Ketchup - 4-5 tbsp (I used sweet and spicy)
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1/2
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Salt as required
Follow the instructions in the video and enjoy cooking.

I DID THESE MOMO'S TODAY .IT CAME OUT VERY WELL.THIS IS VERY EASY TO DO .ANYONE CAN DO THESE.THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE
Honestly akka, till 2day, i dint know what momos were(yes. Go on. Pity me for that). But hands down this is the best solo video of yours. U managed the cooking parts so well, as well as gave in 2 super cute moments(time management and extra vege for snack). Excellent. Thank u sis. Namasakarams to nagesh uncle(long time no see)

Confused first when you called them momos.. luckily you explained that it derives from Tibetan word. We call this -wonton/ dumpling. Common Chinese food here and most countries with Chinese residents. but they stuff with pork/chicken/prawn. it serves in dim-sum. Dim sum is a variety of steamed food include steamed/fried wonton, siew mai, lo bak and. etc For this dumpling, we replace the chilly sauce with roasted chilly oil & ginger stripes in soy sauce.
