Watched a few of your videos and they are extremely helpful. Does it make sense to do all of this if you doing headshot instagram reels or shorts. You helped your friend setup his office with the purple lights, it is possible to get the lights and background into 16:9 shot. Would be interesting to see how this translates into shorts or reel. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks! Yes, it definitely still applies for vertical videos, although you will likely have to position your background and foreground objects differently to make sure they're composed nicely in the shot.
