I get super confused when to use a comma with fanboys but I feel like the video did a really good job of showing when you need a comma and when you don't. Commas are needed when it's a series and when connecting independent clauses.

I learned that FANBOY are connectors. I also learned that one of the ways to connect a sentence using FANBOY is that if you are connecting two words or phrases you don't need a comma in between them.
