I love this year end wrap up! So much learned and that is so important. We consider learning experiences so valuable because we actually maintain them if that makes sense. We redid our pig pastures and pens 3x or so as we added to our homestead. Always learning. Loss stinks even if for meat purposes. Def a learning curve. Also daily maintenance of animal care. We spent 2 1/2 years building infrastructure and it was exhausting! feels good to finally be here. We worked full time and farmed so it was so hard. Ya’ll have done great! Keep at it
Lisa, your words mean so much to us! We've learned a ton from you and Ryan. It's so important to evaluate constantly and pursue change, if it improves the homestead. I know many people pursue homestead out of a desire to be self sufficient...our favorite part are the relationships 🤗
