I think that's okay, because I'm addicted to watching you play the troll levels too. It's a good balance, really makes me appreciate the well designed levels all that much more

If it has already been said, I apologize, but just wanted to point out: The level that you finish at the 21:13 time-mark, was created by Jeff Gerstmann (formerly of GameSpot, and currently of Giant Bomb fame).
I think, how you provided the 1st run is perfect. Play all the mario levels, then go back to them and do your best, then edit it as a showoff right after the original run is finished. Just like that and it'l be brilliant
Yes! I definitely prefer this edited style over the full runs :) It's nice to join your streams for the full runs, but this is much better when i want to relax and see some cool stuff
That goomba level really only had that one troll at the end, which isn't that bad. The hidden block with the P-switch was shown by a reflection of the area directly underneath it. I dunno, it wasn't that bad, in comparison to *some* levels.
But for the goomba level, the arrow points to the right and it softlocks you in an ice block trap if you go to the right xD True though, there are far worse.
Dedicated troll levels are pretty fun to watch, as long as their purpose is to actually troll and not just be ridiculous. I like the mix between both, so we get the cool, well-designed levels in addition to the fantastic reactions.
Carl, I admire your skill! 3:33 I love how you - after experimenting a bit, I'm sure - obliterated the previous score! Several of those moments - like the triple jump to clear a small gap - were beautiful. I feel pretty confident in my ability to play Mario, but I would not have thought of attempting that. Bravo to you, Carl sir!

To be honest, I'd like to see entire runs, not just a selection of good ones. Honestly, I like seeing the bad just as much as the good. If we only get good levels, it almost kind of lessens the experience, because we don't have the bad ones to compare it to.
Hey Carl, I have recently subscribed and I think you put out amazing content. I personally enjoy seeing you rage and get trolled by the horrible levels (like the mole level in your second super expert run you put on youtube, I laughed and smiled at that so much). But that being said seeing a run of good levels is refreshing. So maybe do runs like these every 3 runs? I don't know, I don't want to tell you how to run your youtube channel but I like them both but prefer the runs with good and trolly levels better. Keep pushing out the awesome content and you do you.

I like seeing the full runs better. That way we dont know if it's gonna be an awesome level, or another mole nightmare. Also, I almost died laughing from some of the troll lvs, so you should do the full runs for that reason too.
Do the whole runs instead of just the highlights! We aren't just here to see good levels! We are here to see YOU play levels, no matter how good or bad they are.
Twitch's video player is not as good as TH-cam's, and it's one less app I don't want on my phone lol. He still does some editing down for TH-cam for when he posted full runs so the people who wanted to see *everything* have already jumped over to Twitch.
I like the whole continuity of the whole 100 man, but having a giant "highlight" like this is a lot of fun as well. That being said, you clearly put a lot of time into editing these, so maybe the super nice edits like this and the blind races, but then also just the whole 100 man as a separate, unedited video? Unless that's on Twitch, I guess. Regardless, your content is great, keep it up!!
While I lvoe seeing the good levels, like some others in the comments have said, seeing the levels that make you "God dammit" is a pretty good amount of the fun in watching. Especially since at the start of a lot of the levels here you talk about something in the previous troll level and I'm like "Damn son, now I want to see what that level you just played was" That and its less editing time for you that way anyway :P That all being said, guess I'mma head over to twitch to watch the full version of these 100mans :P
You're probably my favorite TH-camr. I don't own Mario maker. I don't even watch it much. However, your commentary and charisma and skill makes it addicting. I like how you try and usually beat troll levels. The only thing that could make you better is more science talk

Hey Carl! About the preference for individual runs and "just the best" runs. Many people probably like both. Maybe there is a happy medium here. An edited version that has the better levels, maybe call it "Best of Super Expert #X; and the unedited raw stream video of individual runs (since I'm sure editing this takes a lot of your little free time time).
Man I swear watching you play the horrible levels near the end of the video truly makes me want to create an ultimate troll level.. but it would get removed so quickly :(

Stephen West Yeah, but why bother hiding it with obvious signs pointing towards it instead of just putting a block there? It makes no sense in the context of the level itself as well. It wasn't a troll level or anything but then there's this huge troll at the end and you're left thinking "???". So yeah, I'm not saying hidden blocks are bad, but I was just explaining why Carl and most other people still get upset by hidden blocks even if they're pretty obvious or not even necessary for the level itself.
Id rather see all of it or else it takes away the suspense of whether you are gonna beat it cause you will probably beat your favorite levels. I also like your look at troll levels in the editor.
I vote to leave all the levels in. Not only is it fun to see your reaction to the troll levels, but not knowing whether a level will be good heightens the suspense.

Exactly my thought. Sometimes levels are so trashy that they are great. We can't miss out on that.
I'll leave it as full runs (though I think editing them is still important) and maybe do a highlight of all my favorite levels every now and then.
