The castanorian tree is very fun but my god is it huge, its going to take so long to finish the entire thing. Good luck to you with them! Also going to clear up two things for you, but I'm gonna mark them as a spoiler, as technicly they are, but are things you will see when you read mission requirements / mission rewards: 1: Dostanor, Vrorenmarch and one other are the only coded in dominions (sadly), unless they added things in this update there are no more decisions to create more dominions, instead you can turn normal human vassals into dominions! (If you had subjugated Vrorenmarch from the start instead of conquesting them you would have seen the button, but thats hard to know before hand) 2: You won't be culture converting everything by yourself as you saw! Your subjects will be passivly spreading the castanorian culture when x mission is passed, and it will passivly convert your own provinces aswell. (For your core territory your looking at the Fold in The Escanni mission that requires you owning all of that culture thats in the cannorian continent)
Oh another thing! When you hovered over the dominion interactions on Vrorenmarch you saw the Integrate button. It says once all HUMAN provinces the vassal owns is castanorian (it can still own 50 orc or dwarf tiles, only cares about humans), you can pay 800 splendor (400-800) to integrate it. What it doesn’t say is that the integration process is instantanious, once you click the button you immidietly annex them and get all of their cores. If your the type of person to like vassals i recommend using them for coring and culture converting (plus AI armies are always a nice plus), but you can definetly beat it with only the coded in dominions if you like a more hands on approach. Also not sure if you noticed or not but gonna say anyway, the Legions (Dragonflame, Magebound, etc) don’t have an upkeep cost, but does directly decrease your tax income. You probably have already noticed but thought i would say in case (the tax decrease only starts after you hire them for the first time, so if your low on income don’t immidietly hire the legions. The tax decrease also doesn’t go away when you unhire them, its there until game end or you fully disband the legion with the decision)
I've heard eye-kor and ih-ker as pronunciations (and just as an aside, it's funny as all hell to me that nobody fucking uses the international phonetic alphabet when explaning pronunciation). I think it's up to the person who's saying it.
Sad that the devs never added a bonus to the civil war if you start as Count's League, like making the war easier. Since you are literally the last true remnent of Castonath out of all the Escanni tags. Also being able to dominate to surrender saved you in this civil war, you'd likely have been fighting for another half a decade without it. P.S. An easy way to cheese the civil war is to delete all your forts within Inner Castanor, and then just zerg rush all their lands before they can react. While Castanath gets forts, the rest of it doesn't. Lets you get a lot of missions done and really weaken them.
Absolutely nuts civil war disaster I ever seen in any EU4 game.
Always nice to watch the vods since i cant catch a stream keep up the good work and thanks for all ways giving us entertainment
