Carl is the best at fighting he goes to the gym, has a lot of movements and practices karate and boxing, he uses the Katana like nobody in GTA because he practices martial arts and won against the "cobra head" an Asian man who practices to use the katana, obviously CJ wins easily just fighting with his hands.
