    Pretty interesting! Great timing too, as I am a total noob, just got a HackRf one, and after spending the entire night listening to anything I could pick up, failing to understand what most of it was, etc, I think the info here has answered a few of my questions and given me a bit of direction. Thanks for the talk.

      Sorry about that, y'all. The audio was a bit of a challenge for me with this one. When they added the DefCon overlay, it got even worse, and all you could hear was the digital samples. I'm glad you enjoyed the talk!

    Very informative video! As someone who has their amateur license but not very active on the air, I found some new options to explore.
    HEADPHONE USERS: Turn it down before he plays transmission sounds of different modulation types. It blew my ears out with headphones.

    Don't all ham bands have to be unencrypted by law? So how can you legally use any massaging/chat, video, banking ect anything on them?
