I remember seeing this game displayed at our local mall. They had it in the most odd places I thought at that time I believe it was in the mervyns clothes section part in the mall haha. And I remember playing this then and coming back with my friends to play it again there haha
This game was OK, but really? Escort missions?! For a Rocko game?! There should've been a better platformer based on him. Plus, it should've been a Sega game, because Rocko is just Joe Murray's Sonic OC.
Loved this game growing up, I used to play a lot of variety as a kid from sonic to contra and Mario to code name viper. even at a young age that I can’t even remember my mom bought me the new nes that had Mario ect and games with me just clicked, I could beat games under the age of ten that adults I knew had a hard time with, tho now that I’m in my 30s I’m still good at games but I have noticed a decrease in skill due to my age and memory problems I have. The point I was trying to make regarding this game and any game that comes off sluggish and unfair always came naturally to me back in the day and I adapted to any games controls very fast to where I never knew it was actually a problem for people till I seen them play themselves. I’ve got a huge list of games I’ve beaten in my life tho only about a hand full of games I remember never beating either due to difficulty or because I focused on other games and never got around to beating them growing up. Zombies ate my neighbors for one I remember as a kid getting to one of the further stage bosses several times with a ton of warms and always losing and got new games and ended up forgetting to beat that one. I just remember everyone around me growing up from my mom to my uncles to friends ect being shocked at how good I was at games even tho I never understood why they where always shocked because when playing games back then I never actually tried it sorta just clicked while holding the controller and I would never die, I even remember when I had friends over my mom had a rule to where if anyone lost a life you pass the controller next in line that way everyone could play especially single player games but the problem was whenever it was my turn usually I would be first if it was my console I would never die and my friends would get bored upset and mad to the point my mom came up with her final idea to make it fair, if you lose a life you still pass it or if you beat a stage/level/zone/act whatever you pass the controller. I used to always win on street fighter and tekken ect and my friends never wanted to play vs games with me because i would never lose.
Sorry for not commenting last time my was having some problems full time great video as always. Also the avgn reviewed fire dogs as a mini episode and he hated it he thought the first was bs but opinions are opinions. So god bless your soul for fire dogs.
I still remember your review of Rocko's first season, so seeing this review pop up feels like a neat blend of old and new. Also and I did ask this question before, but have you played Crash Bandicoot 4 as of recently? I've gotten very far into the game and man do I feel conflicted, particularly on how bloated the 100% experience is.
I haven't caught up with Crash 4 yet. Been playing through The Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon and I'm planning on playing through Mario 3D All-Stars and The Dark Pictures: Little Hope before getting to it.
So many Ren & Stimpy Games but only 1 Rocko game

Fun fact about Rocko's Modern Life the show's music composer Pat Irwin also composed music for Disney's Pepper Anne.
Finally off of the Ren and Stimpy games
