      Hi, sorry to have miss your question. Also for the confusion. I made my murukku using the 3 types of flour, namely murukku flour mix, glutinous rice flour and rice flour. Must have missed showing in the video. However just murukku flour mix can also do the job. Just to give it a bit crunchier.

    I try to down load your recipe but cannot get it, when you say Murrukku flour what does it mean, rice four ? Or Besan flour ? very confusing otherwise it’s a good recipe

      The Murukku flour is readily sold in supermarkets. The additional spices is just to enhance the taste.

    Any advice - why is the muruku I make is soooo oily.

    • @Huangkitchen
      @Huangkitchen  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You may want to increase the heat of the cooking oil just when the murukku is about done. This way the murukku will be leas oily.

      @@Huangkitchen wat is cumin n ajowan seed

    • @Huangkitchen
      @Huangkitchen  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are actually herbs. Cumin is jintan putih in malay. Ajowan seeds is usually used to make murukku. They can be bought in sundry shops as well.
