What is the point of street furniture if has no function and not for use. If it's just there to look pretty it has no intrinsic value. The fact that London has become so sanitized and security guards with less authority then a postman can stop people using public spaces by calling them private property is outrageous because here in UK anywhere that has public access is a public space "BY LAW".

But also... why?? getting all wet while in the city, you need to walk indoors, change shoes, change clothes, carry a massive and cumbersome board around (nightmare for heavy winds like in boston or some days in NYC.... you're effectively a human sailboat there), carry towels and wet clothes around....... its so inconvenient for just a few feet of riding. i would just skate. But as a one time thing or if i lived in a city that rains consistently i probably would do this every day. Cool video man!

I was wondering if you’re trespassing. You should design special fields for this, skate boards etc. or even put on shows! It would be awesome! Someone would make a lot of money.
