Hes literally playing Vergil that can delete enemies on DMD difficulty. It's not just the fact hes good, its hes playing the most busted character in the game.

It would've been nice as Nero and Dante have a triple jump so Vergil having air hike and teleport would suffice
@@BELIAR. Technically they do. Dante's able to jump after air hike in DT and Nero has flat top which can be bought after clearing the game once (not limited to DT activation)

He doesn't use air hike.
He teleports and has mastered it unlike Dante and Nero.

Also, SDT + Doppelganger = 4 JCs.
He's broken enough to deal 3 JCs to a single enemy in SDT. Use your doppelganger with that, and 3 just cuts are stronger than hell on earth & can tire out an enemy. It's really useful if you're struggling with an enemy or the boss fights. Especially the Prologue or Mission 8 Urizen.

I like Vergil's SDT better than Dante's. It's slicker though Dante's is still cool and imposing.

Everyone here reacting to the Fury spawn kills. Here I figured out I could do that on accident, and I'm more concerned trying to get down the timing on those jump cancels and mastering the SDT'd Starfall rising kick into Aerial Stinger. I love that I actually have to slow down the video to dissect what you're doing, and it's such a relief to see you to keep the default control scheme.
I haven't managed to get No Damage bonus on this mission, but I assume I need 6,000 points and I'm barely over a hundred points short after the No Continues bonus. I really appreciate you going into the void to show off some afterwards. It gives me something to study and improve myself with.
Also people, Furies are not difficult even on DMD. Pro tip: do NOT try to kill the hellfire bat first. Wait a second or two after he disappears, then use Kick 13 instead of Lunar Phase to try to counter him (it has greater area and longer animation), and use SDT'd Yamato Combo A to finish him off when he's stunned. THAT ADDITIONAL STRIKE ADDED IN SDT IS 638 DAMAGE BY ITSELF. Furies are glass cannons, people. That one hit is more than half the thing's health bar on DMD. You can totally kill it with one counter. If you can use a super move but weren't able to nuke him on spawn, aside from Urizen's crystal this is the other thing Deep Stinger was made for, because it will counter Furies without fail, and if caught early enough in the attack animation it can kill them outright.
Now that Vergil is out I can say with 100% confidence that your timing with him is impeccable. Simply superb

yes vergil is just dlc character for previous version only that u need to clear all missions whit vergil seperately but all difficult modes u have previously unlocked is still there.

What's the history of the blue wraith-like sword? Looks like Alastor. Plus there's Dante's woohoos and Jackpots there too. Curious how Vergil got 'em. Disclaimer: never played as Vergil, even in the DMC4 SE, so maybe am missing some background, which brings us back full circle to the question.
The blue sword is the Mirage Edge, its like a energy version of the Force edge, You can customize the announcer of the style rank system.

I have a question. When vergil does the ultimate moves like judgement cut end and when he makes a giant explosion with beowulf, can an enemy interupt you by hitting you? Otherwise they are way too over powered
deep stinger has invulnerability frames practically from the second it starts, i think if an enemy hits you right as you start hell on earth it can hit you out and if you use it outside of SDT judgement cut end doesn’t have invulnerability for a while

i really wish they added dlc for DmC it’s a very fun game and the combats like no other game
DmC did get DLC. Heck, Virgil even got his own individual story and cutscenes in that game known as "Virgil's Downfall". Hell, a select few of the moves he had in those games were transferred over from 4SE to 5.

@@mrkene6087 They're releasing Virgil DLC on the OG versions of DMC 5 for PS4 and XBOX One as well. Don't know if they're gonna add MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE (Turbo) to it as well though.

Love your content but that score stylish pts make me sick though. Especially pts in 3 scenes in most missions before calculate overall rank result. You need to get at least A rank in every scenes before bombarding the fight in order to get high score.
