People are dumb they should showcase the jewelries in the Philippine museum as what Imelda had it planned out to begin with . She purchased all this beautiful jewelries and artworks from famous artist around the world so that she could showcase it in the Philippine museum so that the Filipinos would have easy access to view it without having to travel . While the other countries and its people who would want to see it would have to travel to the Philippines . Which was a great idea to build the tourism industry of the Philippines. Unfortunately , people are dumb and they don’t realize the big picture ‼️

@@jacksroom3727 People like you, who believe they are so intelligent, seem to have overlooked the practicalities of your suggestion. Have you considered the substantial costs involved in making such jewelry accessible to the public and ensuring its security? Meanwhile, there are countless Filipinos struggling to make ends meet, their livelihoods threatened by rising taxes and the increasing cost of living. It's disheartening to witness your naive proposal for a luxury goods exhibition funded by taxpayers' money. Perhaps it would be wise to reconsider to keep your suggestion to yourself.

Never the less some of the Jewelry are not being purchased some of it are given by royal fam or a highly influential people. And also just to add before Marco's become president FM had multiple business both local in international one of those are gold mining we cannot denied the fact that after more than 20yrs the business generated more profits than there salary and also through connection and power they were able to make more larger businesses. I just really knew that Filipinos really don't like someone in high , if your gonna look to one of our local CEO in just a tr they were able to purchased bulgari necklace worth 20m lambo 30 mansion. Not mentioning the government parties whose trying to look an angel. If were gonna look to one of the smartest people in Philippines or in Asia as well mariam Santiago supported them since she knew what is right so who are we whose not even half of her wisdom will against. During imeldas time Philippines is one of the fasting economies after the ww2 can you imagine that. It's too much jewelry for one developing country to display in a museum. The cost of guarding/securing and maintaining the jewelry alone isn't worth it. They could be replicated and/or photographed to be showcased in a museum and leave a set as the main exhibit of a planned museum. The Filipino people would benefit from the sale of such blood jewelry because a special museum holding all of those stolen objects is just a dark reminder of their suffering from the past regime. JMO.

Rightly or wrongly, these items are artifacts of not only a women with insatiable greed but exquisite taste and is a major window into her husband's presidency in the Philippines.

She stated that even before her husband became a politician and a president of the Philippines, he used to buy gold, and gold before is cheap....
Hence, gold appraises its value, and over the years, their gold keeps appraising the value, that's why she can afford to buy those jewelries,

Return all of these Jewelry collections to the rightful owner no other than Madame Imelda Marcos . She collected every pieces of her jewelry from her own money and some are gifts from her world leaders and jetset friends and the gov't have no right to auction it.

No one could ever sell half of those because it was a gift from royal families to Imelda. If the Philippines are actually smart, they should put it into a museum instead of getting hidden as if they can ever sell it. Because when it’s gonna be put into a museum. Tourism will grow, that will help both the Filipino and their history.

so many historical jewels from royal families can't be gifted out. No State will give an historical jewel as gift, those were paied by her, a lot are from the former Russian Zar family who got their jewels sold out after the revolution.
