    FYI, the Oliver is a TRUE four seasons travel trailer. We have stayed comfortably inside our Legacy Elite 2 in 20 to 95 degree weather. All the tanks and drains are located within the dual fiberglass structure. No frozen pipes or tanks. Think of the Oliver as a giant Yeti cooler, well insulated to keep you comfortable inside no matter what the temperature is outside.

    You missed a couple of hidden storage areas. For a small camper it really has nice storage space. After researching Oliver’s for a couple years, I just bought mine a couple weeks ago. I love it! The quality of these campers are excellent. I love being able to camp anywhere with it. Well worth the money.

    Thanks for the great tour video. We are a year in to hull #1373 and would never go back to a stick and staple camper. This thing pulls like it's not even there. Never effected by "wash" from semis and runs straight and true behind the truck regardless of conditions, even without sway control. I'm 6'2" and find everything about the camper very comfortable. No I don't spend a lot of time in the wet bath, but why would you. Get in get done, get out. Every aspect of the design is functional and with a purpose. Had a 34" Jayco with super slide a few years back. Never again. The Legacy Elite 2 is the perfect camper for and active couple the wants to explore widely.

    I think those are for going between the mattresses and the mattress platform for moisture wicking and avoiding mildew or mold. I also think this is a top shelf unit for sure! The extra 30A hook up is just ultra thoughtful and says a lot. Thank you for showing us this.👍🏼😎

    We own a Casita that we love. We are huge molded fiberglass camper fans. We toured the Oliver plant (must see if you are thinking of an Oliver) and attended two of the Oliver rallies. They are exceptional campers and definitely on our short list if we decide to go a little bigger than our Casita 17.

  • @chaleurphantom1

    No doubt it's the best built trailer made. Not even close. They have addressed so many things. It really is a work of art. That being said, it's tiny. I had the opportunity to check one out last summer. New owners showed it to me at a Campground in Boothebay Maine. Beautiful trailer but too small. The gentleman was quite tall and he struggled with headroom. Bathroom is tiny. Interior is confined. We were very seriously considering one for our retirement but once I seen one in person...it was obviously too small for us. Too bad because we love quality and this is quality.

      Hi I understand it's twice the price of an Intech Sol Horizon Rover but what is the advantage of this trailer over something like the Horizon Rover? What does the intech lack that this has?

    • @chaleurphantom1
      @chaleurphantom1 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@hellapellanyc6465 I have looked at Intech closely at the dealer. We had pretty much decided to buy a Terra. Its a nice trailer but not the quality of an Oliver. The Intechs are not insulated. The only have a layer of foil in the walls. I crawled under the Intech and I noticed cracks in the welds of the frame. Not large ones but enough for me to pass. I did like the wet bath of the Horizon. Its a nice size.
      You would have to see an Oliver in person to truly appreciate the quality of the Trailer. If it were larger in width and height there would be one in my driveway.
      I ended up buying a Flagstaff. For an Indiana trailer, it is of above average quality with many creature comforts. We are more than likely going to end up with a Bigfoot in retirement.

Hot or cold doesn’t matter, it’s so well insulated. And customer support is excellent. Yearly owners meeting also is a great time for Q&A. Take the factory tour in Tennessee, see for yourself.

      @chrisneuhaus7188 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's all very subjective and depends on what's important to your type of camping. We like quality and reliability. We also like not having to deal with size restrictions at state and national parks, many of which will turn you away if you are over 25ft. A nice bass boat like a Skeeter starts out at $100K and goes up with accessories. A Porsche 911 can run you $250K and more and only seats two and very little luggage. Quality is something you will always have to pay for. Giant cardboard boxes that fall apart when you use them are a dime a dozen. We all pay for what's important to us.
