This is one of the greatest bands ever and just look at the lineup ... Eric Martin an absolute genius writer and fantastic vocal singer, Billy Sheehan is a legendary bass player and back up singer, Paul Gilbert an absolute monster guitarist filled with rock ripping but always very melodic and one of the greatest guitarists in my opinion and the late great Pat Torpey who was a solid rock pounder and great harmony vocals! There is no weak spot in this band they are all fantastic and are just so darn good. LOVE MR. BIG !!!
Now I get it. This song was written and I assume Eric's vocals were recorded back in the day when he's in his peak vocal range then used it in this MV as a comeback when in fact his voice has already changed with age (which is natural and still awesome). This explains how I can't find any live performance of this song with the same vocal quality as the MV has. No hate here I super love Mr. Big and just watched their concert last Aug 2023. It's just that they should've used Eric's current voice at that time (2009?) in my humble opinion.
