Mine just arrived and I think it's dead on arrival. Won't fill the boiler from the water thank (even though I changed the dial and button on the bottom) and goes to E01. Gets warm and smells slightly burnt to, even though it's supposed to be a heat exchange machine (ie, no idea why it would get warm before there's any water to heat). Do they have poor quality control?
Hi! Currently we only distribute Sanremo as we wanted to establish a direct connection with them to have access to all parts, service and equipment. It's more important for us to have less brands and more coverage than offer many brands with poor coverage. That being said, the Cube and the Micra are both great machines. The main difference being that the Micra is a dual-boiler machine but it does cost $1k more than the Cube for that reason. Both pull great shots and both brands are excellent! Whichever machine you end up going with, you'll be making great espresso!
Maybe we talk about why it’s the most expensive HX machine…lack of cartridge heaters in the group? Is the group saturated? With HX machines there’s a temp offset, how much is it? Maybe you pull a couple shots? What’s the inside like? How many solenoids? Nice attempt, however a terrible review..
It's pretty clear that this is not an in depth review, it's extremely basic and intended as an intro for the home user that is the main target of this machine. If you want to discuss materials, behavior, temp and pressure performance, metrics and overall features we're always a phone call away! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment.
Really good video, straight to the point!
@@JasonWhitewick Thank you, Jason! Appreciate the feedback

What other brands will you be adding to sell? Trying to decide between this and the Micra. Thank You!
