In hypixel’s first forum dev log about the guild backend they stated that things such as parties, game queues, guilds, lobby commands, proxies commands and other things were handled by their ‘MasterControl’ system. As such that account and rank likely exist from the time that they were trying to revamp the system and test those features, as in that same developer log they list a problem with the starting time for Master Control that had to be reworked for guilds

@@minecraftalpaca hey idk if ur looking for advice but ur vids are really good but a good way to get the ball rolling for your channel and to gain more subs is posting some shorts basically giving a intro to the video and explaining what it is to get the audience hooked. it brings more people to the channel

all of the custom ranks are just tags on top of the real rank that the player has. for example Mojang rank is just a tag. PIG+++ rank is just a tag too, which techno has on top of his TH-cam rank.
I think giving the GOD rank to someone named Helix Fossil was a joke referencing Twitch Plays Pokémon since during that stream the helix fossil was considered a god
