You, probably, should have done the windows earlier, sandwiching the plasticard between the outer parts for a better end look

Your thumbnail says gluing foam to foam takes forever. Just use low temperature hot glue. You’re welcome

Hot glue is not an issue, PVA glue dry time is longer. Thanks!
