Hey mate having a problem with mine over extending hitting the side of my windshield. Im going to try set the motor as i haven't done that and copy the position of the arm in this video hopefully that fixes my problem. Appreciate the video
Thank you for this video. Helped me a lot. I have a problem now where the motor searches for the park position every time stops in a random place! It also starts when i turn on my ignition.. very odd. Still looking for answers.
Your problem is more than likely in the wiper motor itself, but unfortunately I have no diagnostic advice for what to do, other than replace the motor. Good Luck and thanks for watching
do you have any social media I could contact you some day if I got any other problems on my w202? there are not many people that still have them and mostly care about them
Hi there, so i got a problem that my wiper does not extent anymore and i think it might me that little gear you talked about, is there any way of you letting me know the part code of that gear? thank you
The small gear in the plastic bag I show in the video is probably what’s bad. It will require more disassembly than I show in the video, but the timing procedure is the same. Thanks for watching.
Amazing and very helpful video, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and skill. Videos like this make watching TH-cam worthwhile.

Can you just change that plastic gear or do you have to change the whole motor?
@albinw515 it’s been a while since I did that. I don’t think it was available separately. Thanks for watching
have seen other video's where the gear was replaced
i changed my motor and still nothing , Is there relay for the wipers or a fuse ?
Definitely a fuse maybe a relay too, you need to check a wiring schematic.

Mine mono is moving sideways like it should but it’s not pulling back inside like it should. Any solution?

Hello i change the motor and now it doesn’t work at all
Faulty motor? Blown fuse?
Is the car for sale? 😊
No it isn’t, check out what I found living under the hood of this in a previous video! Thanks for watching
