Have you added a sound effect or do you have an option activated in the game? It sounds like a lot of bass or surround, I don't know how to describe it, every shot sounds like an explosion xd

it's a codec problem on his shadowplay he needs to reset the settings xD
i use custom settings on my razer synapse to make some things louder to hear more clear footsteps etc
