Gotta give you a big thumbs up. I am just getting into motorized bikes and your videos have been a guide line of what not to do . So thanks and keep the videos coming !
Foul mouth Jim Welcome to the motorized biking world Jim! I'm happy to hear my videos are helping people out! I'll definitely be doing more videos and going more in depth on the actual build process once I start mine this winter.
Right! That is a great parts list if you have like a $3,500.00 budget to build a bike. What if you have like a $300.00 budget instead? Your bikes are great, but if I had that kind of money I would just buy, or build, a motorcycle instead.
Well, then I guess you can't afford one of their bikes. If you build a motorcycle, then you're missing the whole point of building a motorized bicycle.
*Vincent Lang* and that point being what?. Beautiful to look at,no doubt, pieces of art, absolutely. But It is an expensive hobby,bc as mode of transportation, they suck...kinda like owning a BMW ragtop convertible, you still need a real car.
I need a rear hub mounting bracket adapter it's so awesome it will stop a lot of problems in the future you said to mention it so I'm asking where can I purchase one from
Disk brakes are not a must have, rim brakes are just as good and work better with an extra sprocket, in-fact, using the disk brake mounts to add a sprocket is the best option, as it keeps it from scratching your hub and or slipping into your spokes, or without the hub adapter, bending your spokes on installation. Suspension isn't required at all, unless you live in California where the roads are worse than gravel paths.
I've chosen a schwinn swindler with the springer forks and hub mounted sprocket kit With a half length chain instead of the tensioner. Do you have suggestions to what I should add to it. It's my first build and I want it to be a smooth daily comuter.
sinister, enjoyed your vids bud, how about a heads up on the 50cc 4 stroke with 3 speed internal? did you build with one? how did it work out? where might. find one? USA made has an attraction.. thanks..
I think that was a Fito Moderna GT-2 bike Assembly in the very first scene. If so that is an Aluminum body. Is aluminum cool to put an engine kit on? I love that bike and want to throw on the Honda 49cc 4-stroke but I am not sure if there is enough room to clear it.
I noticed in the first part of this vid you say to use a Chromoly or steel bike but show a picture of a Deep 6 Felt. That is an aluminum frame bike. Then later you show another Felt when you are talking about using in frame gas tanks which is also an aluminum frame... So Felt aluminum frame is acceptable too??
I had the same question because the very first bike is a Fito Moderna GT-2 na it is Aluminum and I love it but do not know if it is good as a Moto Bike. Have you found out yet?
Thank you! Yes I am back and I am coming back with better builds than ever! Life got hectic and I had to step away but I'm starting a side by side comparison build soon. You can also find me at facebook.com/sccmn. Thanks for the comment and the support as it more appreciated than you know!
805edog absolutely not .i uses 2.210 wheel on one of my 4 stroke just had slot the engine mount a bit more to the right and push the hub adapter far from chain from the chain stay then it should be good.
Just found your channel, very impressed! Those your builds? I'm on my 3rd bike now. The one I have has disk ft& RR. CVT comet clutch, Mt bike ft, etc. 79cc predator . can't wait to see some builds (give me ideas for upgrades). oh over 2000 miles on that motor. use it to check my mail everyday. love your vids
How do you break in your engines because I am new to the 4-stroke world of motor bikes I've always done 2-stroke so I thought id try something different but I've gone through 2 engines now that I'm assuming are burning oil... I've tried a 20 minute break in procedure running it just above an idle and letting it cool and changing the oil right after yet around 4-5 miles down the road it just pukes Smoke out the exhaust and I'm dramatically losing power as it's happening... I don't get it at all and before you ask no I am not mixing oil in the gas like you do for a 2-stroke I am putting 91 octane fuel in it and I'm using Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil... Do you have any advice so that my third try won't be another failure?
I have a question what sights do you use to buy the engines and Wich sights are the worst ans what engines are the worst and is bike barry a good sight
Good Evening! I'll be doing a video on that in a couple months here as that is one of the last things I'll be adding to my builds. For the parts you can go to MBREBEL.COM. Depending on what system you go with installation is pretty easy. She has instructions on the site if I remember correctly.
You need to tell people about your fb site and what is it's name so some of us can have others to talk to about these sweet bikes and how to get one-or how to deal with the day to day life style of a new owner of one of these little money savers!
Hello! My "next build" got delayed significantly due to life lol. I am back now though and actually going to be doing 2 builds side by side starting November 2016. Stay tuned on here or you can also visit me on FaceBook to keep up with things at FaceBook.com/sccmn.
Motopeds are absolutely phenomenal! I actually ordered the frame kit when they were still on Kickstarter but backed out after repeated delays with shipping. Their design is awesome, but, they look like a small motocross bike so that's going to get a ton of unwanted attention from the cops. Plus the $3-$4k price tag is a little steep in my mind.
video idea... 49cc road legal bike.. with 3 disc brakes {two on front wheel} and rugged adult supportive frame... doing 60+ mph under engine and pedal power "if" you need to pedal at all. You probably already built one.
Aluminum is lighter than steel. But steel is stronger and less prone to stress fractures. Thus use steel because it is stronger and better suited to the vibrations from the motor compared to aluminium.
Carbon fiber may be a bit more stronger than steel for a few impressive impacts, but it is NOT stress endurance as steel, when used under large loading cycles. Carbon fiber can fail by surprise without warning !!! At least steel doesn't crack all of the sudden like carbon fiber does, steel tends to bend under heavy impacts or torsion, but at least, you got warned and can still manage going back home safe and sound pedaling !!!
redstar z I'm not really set up as a business to build these things to sell unfortunately. Although with the amount of requests I'm receiving it's something that I'm definitely considering in the future. At the very least for now I can get you started on where to go and how to build one. Just shoot me an email at sinistercustomcycles@gmail.com. You can also keep up with my builds and new information by liking my page on Facebook by searching "masterlink motorized bikes"
Just remember everyone wants one but they dont want to pay for it.... just because everyone says they will buy one win it comes down to it most of them wont...
Hey sinister , please contact me via email or text ,really Interested in doing a one off custom build, I really like the old school bobber style with a modern twist it really makes a awesome build
Re-inventing the... motorcycle. Nothing wrong with that, but at this point, you may as well develop a V twin like Indian and Harley Davidson did in the early 1900's and go to work building board tracks.
This configuration is the shit! Nearly freeway legal!
Gotta give you a big thumbs up. I am just getting into motorized bikes and your videos have been a guide line of what not to do . So thanks and keep the videos coming !

+Sinister Custom Cycles im so pissed im barely finding out about this it would of been a joy riding these when i was younger.
Who doesn't like a "loop hole"? Well done my brainstorming friend!
Right! That is a great parts list if you have like a $3,500.00 budget to build a bike.

You think adding this stuff to a non motorized biicycle would be overkill? Or would it better the safety of a stock bike?
Would it be possible to fit a lifan 90cc 4 speed trans on the bicycle and would you have to modify the motor mount ?
btw thanks for the guide vedeo :)
Yes, do you have the suppliers for these parts ?
Sweet bike. I didnt even know they made double wall rims. Any bike with that parts list would have to be nice.
Would love to see a video going over shift kits and best cassettes for your shiftkit build.
I've chosen a schwinn swindler with the springer forks and hub mounted sprocket kit With a half length chain instead of the tensioner. Do you have suggestions to what I should add to it. It's my first build and I want it to be a smooth daily comuter.
cole carter def. wont fit a 4 stroke your best bet is 2 stroke as the scwindler dont got much room.
Where should I go for a frame? I have build, but want to make a new one. My first was just a Walmart Huffy.
Love your videos...when are you going to add more? I can't wait!
I love the cafe racer #7 at 2:55. Very nice.
that yellow bike is the one!!! what kind of frame and tires is that?
At 1:44? It's a Basman.
Where can I buy that yellow and black frame with the fat tires u got featured in beginning of the video?? THAT THING IS NICE!
sinister, enjoyed your vids bud, how about a heads up on the 50cc 4 stroke with 3 speed internal? did you build with one? how did it work out? where might. find one? USA made has an attraction.. thanks..
Awesome video, only thing I don't agree with is the Honda moter.
But that's just my opinion. Everything else was good to see
I want to convert a motorize a Fatbike. Is there a brand or type you could recommend? Thanks for any help, great video and beautiful bikes!
that right there custom frabicate mounts and list go on..thats why people uses tricyle and cruisers less hasssles..
Are you still doing videos? I'm curious how this bike turned out :).
I think that was a Fito Moderna GT-2 bike Assembly in the very first scene. If so that is an Aluminum body. Is aluminum cool to put an engine kit on? I love that bike and want to throw on the Honda 49cc 4-stroke but I am not sure if there is enough room to clear it.
chessirecat79 if anything itll be the choke lever not clearing.. you can. always run a nt adaptet manifold and stick a puch or dorletto carb
Were van a get a fat front tire for my swinn occ chopper bike???

chessirecat79 ive seen a few in my town they ok looking but i perfer steel because steel is a more better material.
Great looking bikes. Shows how we Americans "can do". [even when we use Honda motors]
Lol so true
Sinister Custom Cycles where have you been?finally a response
Thank you! Yes I am back and I am coming back with better builds than ever! Life got hectic and I had to step away but I'm starting a side by side comparison build soon. You can also find me at facebook.com/sccmn. Thanks for the comment and the support as it more appreciated than you know!
K Lucifer how. I. Get. One.
I really love that yellow frame at 1:40 mark.
Will a maxxis 2.5 inch tire couple with a 2.125 rim cause chain rub on a 4 stroke? I have seen this set up with Jakebikes but no explanation.
805edog absolutely not .i uses 2.210 wheel on one of my 4 stroke just had slot the engine mount a bit more to the right and push the hub adapter far from chain from the chain stay then it should be good.
Cool thanks I did get it to work perfectly.
Heres a great idea let my bike be on it
Have you (or anyone) used a Honda 50cc engine+transmission?
Just found your channel, very impressed! Those your builds? I'm on my 3rd bike now. The one I have has disk ft& RR. Who makes that yellow frame at 1:40 minute mark of the video? Love the design, thanks for sharing!
Where can I get that wide crank assembly that's shown in the video?
how to add disc brake rear to none disc brake frame for motorize bike...that and where you got that tank...
the yellow frame one you build or who's build more info on it frame from ???
Hey sinister how do you go about attaching the disc brake rotors? I can't find any info anywhere.
Good Evening! I'll be doing a video on that in a couple months here as that is one of the last things I'll be adding to my builds. For the parts you can go to MBREBEL.COM. Depending on what system you go with installation is pretty easy. She has instructions on the site if I remember correctly.
Sinister Custom Cycles cool looking forward to the vid
What kind of frame would fit a predator 212 4-stroke engine? (From harbor freight)
Maybe the Micargi GTS Mustang bike frame. They are longer, thus allowing bigger 4 stroke engines.
You need to tell people about your fb site and what is it's name so some of us can have others to talk to about these sweet bikes and how to get one-or how to deal with the day to day life style of a new owner of one of these little money savers!
What ever happened to your "next build"?
Hello! My "next build" got delayed significantly due to life lol. I am back now though and actually going to be doing 2 builds side by side starting November 2016. Stay tuned on here or you can also visit me on FaceBook to keep up with things at FaceBook.com/sccmn.
What do you think about the Motoped ? D.A.

Hey, do u take requests on bikes? My 20th birthday is coming in September and I was wanting a gold Hellcycle bike with silver wheels.
which is better, the lifan or the Honda?
***** Oooooo, good question!!! I haven't had personal experience with either of them yet, but from what I'm hearing online they are pretty comparable.
+Lacider Honda. Lifan is a Chinese knock-off.
How many cc s is the lifan 3 speed engine?
Oh also, do you sell kits?
can u list the price and where to get those items?
video idea... 49cc road legal bike.. with 3 disc brakes {two on front wheel} and rugged adult supportive frame... doing 60+ mph under engine and pedal power "if" you need to pedal at all. You probably already built one.
J Martin That would definitely be a beast for sure! I have not got that far in the builds yet, keyword, yet. lol
Whereabout in Minnesota are you?
where do I buy the parts you are showing to build a bike like these??
check out BikeBerry.com
Where are you located? And what's your web site URL?
where can i order the rear mount gas tank?
Low Rider gas powered bike :D
could you list the price of each of the items?
This my daughter, not me cant actually find a link to have u build a bike and four stroke power train for me
Why you ask for feedback and give no response?
where can i see the bike models
Why no aluminum?
Aluminum is lighter than steel. But steel is stronger and less prone to stress fractures. Thus use steel because it is stronger and better suited to the vibrations from the motor compared to aluminium.
Forgot to mention the great builds I saw on the video. For that you get honorable mention. So at least you are really good in one area.
Well you showed what to use, so I guess I can just go to Walmart and buy them?
Where did you buy the motor form
Here is one for the Honda: www.jackssmallengines.com/jacks-parts-lookup/part/honda-engines/gxh50utqxa?gclid=cmaoqyb69s4cfqqnaqodr4yf7g
Can you put an engine on a racing bike?
+Moriah Chace HELL NO
Moriah Chace put it on a carbon frame ok if you want death to be knocking your door all race bike are carbon fiber.
Where can I find that 3 speed engine
+Josh Mcshane I would also like to know where to get that engine.
+pyratenomad Amazon or ebay
I did find the GXH50, not a GHX50. Probably just a typo in the video.
How can I buy one from you
redstar z I'm not really set up as a business to build these things to sell unfortunately. Just remember everyone wants one but they dont want to pay for it.... just because everyone says they will buy one win it comes down to it most of them wont...
The only thing I agree with is the disk brakes and hub adapter
i have a bicycle at my home but it does not have the place to fix a motor,so what should i do?
ALIHUSAIN LOKHANDWALA Continue pedaling ...
ALIHUSAIN LOKHANDWALA g
If a motor doesn't fit you have 2 options, start fabbing or start looking for a frame that will work.
Sinister custom cycles where to buy the parts from?
Yeah!
I don’t have a single part on this list
Hey sinister , please contact me via email or text ,really Interested in doing a one off custom build, I really like the old school bobber style with a modern twist it really makes a awesome build
I wouldn't call these Zoom forks "heavy duty suspension".
Booooost ports and Reed Valvessssss
I think that this channel has been abandoned by it's creator........
Electric Bike Babes....next video.
why are 4stokes better then 2strokes?
I'm actually going to be doing a video today about that! :The Comment Corner Episode #2"
They aren't better. Both have ups and downs. Just depends on what you like the best.
Too expensive. I could get a used low mileage goldwing for $1800
Any Honda would be better than a Chinese engine bolted to a bicycle.
Nitrous
Re-inventing the... motorcycle. Nothing wrong with that, but at this point, you may as well develop a V twin like Indian and Harley Davidson did in the early 1900's and go to work building board tracks.
The idea is to have as much freedom of movement and NO license or registration compare to a heavy motorcycle !
Don't use gasoline motors!! Only electric!!!
Manuel Carmo why?
+Trent Hankinson . You don't need a gas motor to get laid, or anything for that matter. Just be yourself.
Go electric. This is f********* oldscool.
NO ! Gas is the best !
IAM looking to get one build with a 670 V-Twin predator motor with torque converter that way I don't have to pedal I want to do about 60
I like the old school like 1930 race bikes
Where can I get the rims ?
trekranger you locaal bike shop should carry double wall rim if not then idk
