Just tried it today, the sauce was bit too spicy for our taste buts so we added lots of yogurt with little sauce but still my kids couldn't handle it...lol. I loved the sauce and Fajitas were great. We added zucchini and yellow squash and tried it with yellow rice. Loved it. Thank Ruby ji.
So sorry dear Zahra Alani. We do not eat really spicy food either. In my experience I have noticed certain brands of chili powder or Kashmiri chili powder are spicer than others. My Kashmiri chili powder is not spicy at all, I use it mainly for color like you would paprika. However paprika can be a bit bitter unlike Kashmir chili powder. I have just joined you so I have tried pakora and pakora curry separately, I can't believe it that I made it 😄 Please do a show on halwa puri, i have tried so many puri recipes but still no luck. Just tried it today, the sauce was bit too spicy for our taste buts so we added lots of yogurt with little sauce but still my kids couldn't handle it...lol. I loved the sauce and Fajitas were great. We added zucchini and yellow squash and tried it with yellow rice. Loved it. Thank Ruby ji.
So sorry dear Zahra Alani. We do not eat really spicy food either. In my experience I have noticed certain brands of chili powder or Kashmiri chili powder are spicer than others. My Kashmiri chili powder is not spicy at all, I use it mainly for color like you would paprika. However paprika can be a bit bitter unlike Kashmir chili powder.
