The ending of this story always fucks me up...
Hulk had the happiness he deserved and it was all taken away from him...ALL of it
Even more messed up considering how the humans didn’t even place that bomb in the ship all they wanted was to let him live a life of peace without being a threat to others it was rigged by miek

Planet Hulk set up one of my favorite Marvel story, World War Hulk. I love me a good revenge story, unfortunately Hulk couldn’t commit to it at the end of that arc.

Not a comic book reader but I did watch the animated movie version of this and always thought it was weird that corg and the thing looks the exact same so I kind of just assumed that whatever turned the thing into the thing may have been the same DNA from corgs race

Meik is the worst of the worst
Miek is only that way because he followed Hulks example though, every solution was kill something that gets in their way and Hulk never really bothered to steer him out of that mindset.
For simpler creature like Miek he just looks at whoever is the most successful and imitates them.
