Did you REALLY say that you've never cooked this before?? I'm absolutely blown away by that because the entire process looks like something you've done a million times and are very comfortable with. Now I'm going to ask the most embarrassing question ever, because I should know the answer already. You're a professional chef, right? I mean, you'd have to be to make the various sauces and know all you do about different cuts of meat and which types of seasonings go best with what, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. It's good that I've just finished eating before this popped up or I'd be awfully upset about not having this on my own table!! 😂 I'll save this for summertime here. It looks delicious!! Thanks!! 🙂

I mean, you really aren't a chef and you really haven't made this before?? I know you're serious, but I just don't know what to say!! How does a person know how to do everything necessary for such a beautiful meal, with no formal training and have it turn out so well?? I guess the reason why it shocks me so much is because I know how to cook only one thing in the world. It took my late husband about an entire year to teach me how to make spaghetti and ragù. I didn't even know how to brown onions, carrots, etc., so when I see something like this, it would never occur to me that you haven't had professional training and I'm not just talking about this, but all the things you cook!! Your wife and your son are super lucky!! I think you guys must be having the same weather there that we're having here and here at least, it's REALLY unusual. Who knows if "they" are responsible for it or if it's organic, but we've had temperatures as high as 65 fahrenheit (18.3 celcius) for the past month and it started in JANUARY!!! The weird thing is that down in Southern Italy and Sicily, they're having snow storms. Snow is even covering the volcano at Mt. Etna, in Sicily!! I'll be crossing my fingers that the temperature keeps going up so you'll be able to enjoy these meals outside pretty soon!! 🤞 Thanks very much for writing me back and for explaining this!!
