It's great brother!! It slightly changes the texture but most of all it helps to retain moisture. Apparently it's good to do on most meat but I've only ever done it to chicken and turkey 👍

@@realcooking1833 They had left bones and fatty bits in my Yakatori ....something I get all the time minus the bones and skin 🤣🤣🤣 I had a boyfriend years ago that used to eat the bones and peel off the skin and it used to turn my stomach so much so I'd be wretching and gagging at the table 🤣🤣🤣 Needless to say he is an ex!! 🤣🤣 He was a neanderthal!!
Bbq chicken is always a winner. Never brined before, might have to have a crack to see what it's like
