BETTY'S BAY PARKRUN 22 JULY 2023

A parkrun tradition is slowly but surely taking shape ... and that is to don your tutu for an event taking place on a 22nd of a month. Elmarie Hofmeyr showed us this time what fun it can be and hopefully there will be much more tutu'sto see on the next 22nd. Meanwhile, there is also a lot of fun at the back of the field We show a bit more of that in this video. Milestoner Vivian von der Heyden (50) told us that it is all about the camaraderie that drew her back and back again. Run director Lee Boyd mentioned a special runner - Kevin Johnston, who had a bad incident at parkrun earlier this year, but is full-on back and completed his milestone 25th.
