I thought you went defunct. Resubscribed, and only eight seconds in. What delights will come my way when I hit play. :)
The value in the food is the 2 - 1 coupons in their fun book. If you are solo, those coupons are half off your meal, meaning most entrees/meals at Binion's cafe or Magnolia's at the 4 Queens ends up being $8 to $8.50. If you don't have a fun book (from staying there), you can pick up a 2 for 1 at the American Casino Guide or LVA.
Been to Binion's Casino many times. They had one of the better casinos and they took bets that most other casinos wouldn't take. The cafe was on the lower level and they used to have some excellent meal deals. On the second floor they used to have a buffett. It was very good. Must not have reopened after the COVID. I remember that banister. Benny Binion Hotel and Casino was very popular during Rodeo time. That Deli must be new. It wasn't there when I was a tourist or when I lived in Las Vegas. There used to be a burger place on the first floor near the pit area. Longhorn Room is new. Never stayed here. My wife was interested in staying at the newer hotels. The Whiskey Liquor Bar is new. Used to be a great place to play.
My son loves Binions. He's had a run of good luck there over the past three years.
Me, I actually hit big twice in Circa next door.
